Cube is with Lycan at the counter, picking out some sugary treats with him. They see you coming over, and wave. "Oh, hey K. R! I wasn't sure if you were going to join us. We had a poll a little earlier on what game to play." Lycan turns around, carrying a few long boxes of cookies. "I've got some!" they yell as they run back to the table with them. Cube watches Lycan as the short shape begins stuffing his mouth with various baked goods from the boxes. "...We're playing Truth or Dare. Feel free to come over to the table and join in, if you want. Maybe you could learn something about everyone? Although, you don't have to participate if you don't want to."

[M!A Accepted: Lycan Mushrooms]

A few specks of cyan and purple grow out from their head and collarbone, bursting into mushrooms. The cyan ones grow to be no bigger than their eye, and the purple ones don't grow to be any larger than a single lump of their head. Regardless of the relatively small size of these seemingly random fungi, Lycan seems to have less energy than before.

*Purmond sighs, Then spins around in a loop-de-loop 3 times, Then lands on cube's head, Looking as if shes gonna vomit*

"Maybe we should stick to more mild dares..." Cube says. "Aw, but these are fun!" Lycan seems a lot more energetic now. The mushrooms have detached from him due to the magic wearing off, though they still glow dimly. "Yes, but if people get hurt, it isn't."

"Are we ready for the next round?"

uuuuhhhh... I can TRY but, no promises since while the form I'm in is adorable, its also very stubby *he stands up and just, extends his arms forward* okay HUP - *he jumps and gets about... halfway there before he splats straight on his front, muffled* not easy -

Lycan laughs. "Hey, at least you tried, right?" Cube holds out a hand for you. "Need any help?"

wait a minute - *looks at a mental list with a "zoning out" facial expression* oh hey your right - hmmm... ima go with dare then~

The others hum in thought, but then Lycan sits up suddenly. Some of the mushrooms glow brighter, almost like a lightbulb. "I dare you to do a backflip in midair without just using your wings to do it!" "Is that safe?" Helico asks. "I don't think we need that much more drama around here right now." "If Techy gets hurt, I can heal it," Cube suggests, "which should make this dare more fair."

Cube and Lycan sit. "I think it's your turn," Cube says. "Well, you and the other anons."

hmmmm... okay uh - what did you have to do for cyan to make him owe you a favor?

She looks surprised, but then looks around. "Is 'not sure' an okay answer if I'm actually not sure?" Cyan flutters over, landing on their shoulder. "I can answer that for you." "...Alright. I guess you'd know better than I would."

"I suppose I should start in the beginning. My siblings and I came to the Mortal Realm to collect the shed needles from the Tree of Life, as we do every year. Normally, they are simply lying around for us to find, or in the hands of scouts for The Dealmaker, so we chased down Shy Anon when we had found them with two of the three Life Needles. There was a problem, though, when we were trying to get the Needles back. You see, while these Needles do grant power to their bearers, they also cause a lack of stability in form. They become goopy and almost liquid. With two Needles, they had become capable of morphing their body into a container for one of the Needles while carrying the other. The removal of one Needle would cause their body to reject the second, expelling it, but we were only capable of breaking their link to it without distancing them from it. This is where Helico helped us. She carried it away while we kept them from going after it. Without them, we would be unable to return home. That, or we would have had to cause irreparable damage to Shy Anon to get the Needle out."

There is a moment of silence from the corner of the room that Cyan came from, before... "...what." "...What?" "Is that why Shy Anon has been avoiding all of us? Because you've been terrorizing them this whole time beforehand? Are you kidding me, Iere?" "I... thought we had to. It was all I knew to do." "You could have talked to them, Iri. You and I both know that. I know you're under stress, and maybe that's been getting to you, but you can't just take that out on random people, even if it means we'd be here for longer." "...I was just worried about you." "I know. I'm worried about you, too. But please..." they mutter in... seemingly a different language? "Just make sure you don't hurt people over such small things."

Cyan and Yellow flutter slowly back to the basket, seemingly to talk things over with the rest of their siblings. A heavy silence weighs over the table, but Cube and Lycan come over with snacks to break it. "Who are we on now?" Lycan asks.

Shipley doesn't pay you much mind, as he's just trying to finish up by the end of the first round of Truth or Dare. Cube and Lycan have the treats for Lycan's dare prepared now, and are heading back. They have a bowl of candy (particularly taffy), a couple of cupcakes, a few small coffee cakes, and some cookies as well. It seems this isn't all for Lycan, though, as some of the others are being offered the sweet treats, as well. What's left is mostly the side dish foods. They have a few bags of chips, popcorn, and pretzels, as well as some bread rolls.

Lycan gets up, almost knocking his chair over, and starts running towards Shipley and the kitchen. "I'll go make sure he doesn't eat everything," Blixer says, but Cube stops him. "No no, it's your turn next. I'll go keep an eye on them." Cube follows Lycan towards the kitchen and pulls out a few of the treats from the cupboards.

Blixer sighs. "Well. Guess it's my turn next. I'm not sure which to go with, so...I'll go with truth for now."

"Hmm... does it have to be plain sugar or can it be in stuff?"

"A cuddle session?" they echo. "I think everyone in the group has at least once..." "Between Blixer and I specifically, though," they continue, "it's nothing romantic. We just talk things through with each other sometimes. We relate to each other a lot."

"Ooh! My turn!" Lycan says. "And before you even say it, lemme pick... I'll take a dare!"

[EVENT - Game Night] Truth or Dare

Each player will get a turn. They can be asked a question, which they must answer honestly ("truth"), or they can be told to do something, which they must do ("dare"). If no asks come in for them after one week, they will be given one from a different participant.

Examples:

"Truth or dare? Hm... I'll pick truth," Cube says. "Ooh, I know!" Lycan says. "How many of the books on these shelves have you actually read?" "I mean, I've flipped through most of them, at least. But as far as actually read...?" They pause thoughtfully. "Probably less than half. Maybe a third of them?"

"Blixer?" "Hm?" "Truth or Dare?" "Dare." There's a shout from the anons that makes both Cube and Blixer blush (something about a kiss?), but Cube manages to say instead, "I dare you to... play one of your songs for us." He sighs. "Lemme get my laptop out."

Players may swap from Truth to Dare if they don't want to answer the question, or from Dare to Truth if they don't want to do the order. Additionally, "truth" questions that ask for personal information (such as true names) can be truthfully answered as "I won't tell you," and harmful dares can be vetoed by other players. [This will work on a strike system - if you ask for personal information or give harmful dares 5 times, the game will end. The game will also end naturally after 5-10 full rounds.]

"They're, um... unexpected, kind of sensitive. I don't expect to feel something there, but I do," they explain. They suddenly turn to Lycan. "Can you feel those?" "Not really," he says. "Or, at least, they're not something I can feel through." "Ok, good."
