eiko cradles her face with her palms, looking like the epitome of innocence. she leans forward, grins slowly, and asks, "hm, you're smiling more today, sarah... i noticed the head of your guards was gone from the castle when i walked around today... did you go somewhere together?" (fabullisnova; eiko 👀 ;;; THE OTP ASKS YOU WANTED ARE HERE)

"Wh-what?!" Her face burned crimson. Once more she turns to denial in the case of Eiko's teasing when it comes to her 'love life'. "I do not what you are talking about, dearest friend." In some respect, she did know. The head of her guard - the Warrior of Light - was indeed gone from the castle at this very moment. She was privy to his location as ruler of the kingdom. 

Princess Goblin had come to the castle with news of a rogue mirage invasion (or so it seemed to her) seeking aid. Of course the princess's 'shoompy poo' was all she required in terms of aid and she could not fault the mirage for falling head-over-heels for the Warrior of Light. Still she watched the pair go, suppressing a giggle, as it did look like he was none too thrilled to be the center of Princess Goblin's attention once more.

Sarah still remembered when he had nearly let slip to the two of them that his heart beat for his princess and her alone. She also remembered him nearly letting it slip who the object of his affection was. Truthfully it should be him that Eiko should be teasing and not her, but alas he was not here. And Sarah was and so that left her little summoner friend not much choice in the way of teasing, did it?

Though word had arrived shortly before Eiko had arrived in her chambers that the potential mirage invasion had been quelled and that both of her cherished friends were returning to her right this instance. She could not help it. Any time he would leave for battle, she worried, and when he returned, she was more than happy. 

"If you mean, the Warrior of Light, then no. We did not go anywhere together," a teeny, tiny slips through her lips and her frame. "but instead he left with Princess Goblin to protect the kingdom. They are due to return soon. Would you care to come with me and welcome them?" Naturally she wanted to be one of the first people who welcomed them back - not as a monarch,  but as their friend.
