Ugh, work's kinda got me down 😭 I'm gonna talk about duck boyfriend so I don't feel so down. I like to think about my s/i and Fenton having silly spinterest conversations and like little playful 'arguments' similar to the ones that me and my irl partner have about Star Wars/Trek like

Me: the prime directive is stupid! Isn't the federation supposed to help people in need?

Fenton: they can't just go around interfering with underdeveloped planets, they could potentially ruin their natural advancement!

Me: *rubbing my eyes fake crying* oh boo hoo they can't handle a little life-saving technology!

Or

Fenton: I don't understand why Padmé would fall for Anakin!

@advxnturerinlove that's correct actually!! But I fairly recently (like 2022-ish) had a revamp with him so I didn't include him, I still think he's super neat!! > w < I might wanna rewatch DT17 sometime and see if the feelings are still there.

Rewatched a couple episodes of Ducktales 2017 and decided to redo the ol’ s/i for fun! Also for the record, we’re both autistic.

Just found out that dog/bird/interspecies relationships ARE a thing in the DT universe (albeit just in the background) and that makes me SO HAPPY cause I was worried that I'd never seen it before and maybe people would think it was weird but apparently it's fairly common!!

I wonder if it'd be weird to give my ducktales s/i a tail cause like?? None of the other dogs have tails but I was thinking about how cute it would be to give her some doglike behavior like shaking to dry off after getting wet or her ears perking up when she hears a sudden noise and like,, 👉👈 her tail would definitely be wagging whenever she saw Fenton or if he did something particularly sweet or if he's talking to her about something he's passionate about it'd just be like how she shows she's happy!!

It's late so I can say whatever I want and be cringe if I want but like. I've mentioned that its...very rare that I come back to an f/o like this and feel the same way about them. But the thing is, I don't exactly feel how I felt when I first started shipping with Fenton back in 2021.

But I do still feel this kind of, warmth and love for him I didn't know I still had. And looking through his fanart and new content that's built up since then I'm still getting those heart-squeezy feelings that make you catch your breath and THAT'S STILL PRETTY DARN SPECIAL I THINK

The funny thing is that there's a lot more fan content abt Fenton now than there was when I first started shipping with him?? And it seems like he's the kind of character that's just shipped with like...everyone 😂
