anyone else remember when Re:CoM was finally getting released in NA and people were SO mad that they didnt redo the lip sync to match the dub
kh fans were awful spoiled back in the day
#rambles#'wahh my full-blown 3d remake of a gba game released 4 years after the original doesnt have complete lip sync for english!!!'#i get that people were mad bc the other PS2 games had it but holy moly what an insane amount of work to just take for granted#kh really had us spoiled with facial animations in general#SO many cutscenes had super expressive facial animation and exact lip sync for every language even in kh1#and in 2002 that amount of high quality facial animation was *exceedingly* rare#they were not mocapping that shit! studios were not mocapping faces to get accurate lip sync in 2002#that shit was done by hand for every language#man. now i wanna just start boomer posting about old kh drama from the deviantart/gamefaqs days#the soriku vs sokai flame wars. litigating whether xion is a mary sue. the desperate attempts to explain why axel was somehow riku's nobody#oh the good ol days
