( alex fitzalan, twenty-two, cis man ) hey, was that LACHLAN FAWLEY passing by? so much has happened recently; I haven’t seen the HALF-BLOOD in forever, but I’d recognize HIM anywhere. rumor has it the FOURTH year is studying to be a JOURNALIST. they always reminded me of YOUNG MAN’S BLUES by PARKER McCOLLUM. I’ve also heard they’ve been recruited by THE BANNERET OF BELTANE. but despite all that I think they’re still CURIOUS, ADAPTABLE & JUDICIOUS and RECALCITRANT, JUDGEMENTAL & RECKLESS. and the GRYFFINDOR alum still reminds me of waking up early, so it feels like you have the whole world to yourself; a bland, practiced smile (why should anyone know how you really feel?); calloused fingers strumming well-worn guitar strings; some scented candle always burning in the kitchen window; a cool, salty breeze rolling off the sea and into open arms; heavy rings weighing down fingers that itch to fidget; leaving second thoughts for nights you spend alone. well, then, I guess some things never change.   ( zoe, 23, cst, she/her )
