Btw I’m so sorry to everyone for the person I’m going to become on tuesday. Its the joaquinsurgence
#I experienced critical levels of deeply unwell just seeing the trailer for napoleon tonight at the showing of killers of the flower moon#(which was good btw and lily gladstone does indeed deserve the oscar as jared said)#but oh my god oh my fucking god oh jesus oh christ#I am not ready for joapoleon#none of you are ready for joapoleon#or the way I’m gonna sift through the credits on this thing to see if indeed the folks who worked on costume design are carryovers from#the terror. or the cinematography people#like seriously they both look like they could take place in the same universe it’s uncanny#(I say as though both aren’t literally depicting historical events shut up)#(just play in the space with me I’m talking about the details bc they’re really good and diagetically accurate#AND HISTORICALLY ACCURATE!!! I CAN CONFIRM I HAVE LITERALLY SEEN SOME OF THE DUDES ACTUAL LIVED IN CLOTHES)#… but anyway point is return of the king (scrungly guy who has a place in my heart)
