Thoughts on canon JGY centric incest?
Other than it being a hilarious coincidence to make this little guy's life extra miserable you mean??
Tbh I think that's primarily the reason why mxtx added it. I mean, it's obvious that in order to ruin his marriage and make the whole QS thing work the accidental incest part needed to happen.
Now MXY... no idea, man. Maybe mxtx did think that it'd be funny if it happened twice. I can only assume that it would help make the whole molestation thing much more believable in the eyes of the society; if MXY was already one of them homos, then of course he'd be wicked enough to harrass his own brother. And since JGY needed a reason to get MXY out of Koi Tower, it seemed like an easy enough lie no one could fact check without being inappropriated or something.
But regardless, I think it's ironic that JGY was denied everything that was his birth right and not even his blood ties to JGS were enough to get him a nice life without having to bend backwards for it, YET his blood still found a way to love him, whether he liked it or not.
Really, how messed up is that?? He wants his family to love him, but not even that he can achieved in a healthy, normal way. Like he truly is cursed or something, everything he wishes for will be twisted one way or the other.
Or maybe the Jin bloodline in general has Problematic(tm) as part of its DNA at this point.
