Why did everyone take Ayato’s side when he got called a simp for Yui but when Yui is called a simp or obsessed with Ayato, nobody gives a hoot ?

// Because she is and even other characters are aware of that??

Why do people always assume that simping or being obsessed with someone is inherently bad? You can be very attached to a person without becoming a creep or a Yandere.

1. Fangirls over his cuteness simply because he says that his favorite food is Takoyaki, which is a very common street food in Japan.

2. Greedy Yui wants more and heats up when looking at his sleeping face. 🫠

3. Ruki points out that Yui is obsessed with Ayato. *pretends to be surprised*

4. Yui lets Ruki suck her blood and imagines Ayato doing it.

5. Ayato never hit Yui throughout any route, and he would never do so, but the fact that she stated such a thing is the definition of being madly in love with someone to the point that you'd adore that person no matter what. Some may find that strange, but keep in mind that people with masochistic fantasies are DL’s target audience, lol.

6. Yui had to write a love poem for school and she ended up writing a super cheesy one about Ayato. He even compared her to Richter! xD

There were a few other scenes but these are the ones I recall the best. Yui might not be the most down-to-earth girl but I find it funny that she’s so down bad for him. Thirsty heroines supremacy! >:3
