KYUNGSOO 

for his fae-vampire verse,  Kyungsoo is probably very apprehensive of Jaewoo at first.  it happens a while after his turning when Kyungsoo is experiencing the lowest point of his life by comprehending what the detested creature he has become.  but what makes it worse is that Jaewoo probably caught onto the rumours of the  “  mysterious connoisseur  ”  and was investigating the matter.  this brings him cheerily entering Kyungsoo’s life like hiii but Kyungsoo is super suspicious of him.  he probably reckons that Jaewoo is another vampire,  possibly in cahoots with the one who turned him  ?  all he had to do was touch Jaewoo’s wrist and feel how deathly ice cold he feels.  if he attunes into his listening well,  he doesn’t hear any heartbeat for Jaewoo either.  all the alarm bells.

cue the confrontation about Kyungsoo’s vampish nature,  Jaewoo feels at odds on how to help Kyungsoo go through with his experience.  something tells him that Kyungsoo is genuinely suffering and would rather lead a life of short mortality.  but he still hits Kyungsoo with that  “  can’t you hunt down animals like the Cullens  ?   you know,  go veggie vampire because your ethics are super strong.  ”

after they go all spiderman pointing meme,  Jaewoo insists on going to the mountainside for a game of supernatural baseball.  they have to specifically play during the roaring thunder of turbulent storms in full Twilight story.  another group of annoying vampires hijack their game but instead of shit going downhill,  they now have a vampire baseball league featuring a cheeky toilet ghost who always demands for the first swing.  

when Kyungsoo regains his passion for life and eases into the joy of choreography,  Jaewoo spots a poster for duo dance competition.  since Jaewoo immediately noticed the way how the whimsical sparkling light was brought back into Kyungsoo’s eyes at the flashy theatre signs for ballet performances.  starting off with more wider genres to see how Kyungsoo feels assimilating back into the groove,  Jaewoo becomes his partner for the dance competition.  they probably go for a more pop theme but Kyungsoo still got to choreograph everything and spent hours getting Jaewoo used to being more flexible.  they don’t win first place but still had lots of fun working on it together.  they probably went for a funky 90s backstreet boys beat like everybody.

for Kyungsoo’s underground/bartender verse,  I can see Jaewoo deliberately breaking the formal code for his lounge very purposefully just to rile him up a bit.  the general area is a hotspot for chaotic supernatural entities so Jaewoo definitely goes in there every now and then to investigate but continuously gets kicked out when he starts accusing random customers of being the one to rip out someone’s neck or exorcising on a voodoo doll.  

one of Kyungsoo’s odd jobs could have been from Jaewoo,  who at that time,  had no toilet ghost assistant.  Kyungsoo might have broken down in his bathroom,  whether out of heartbreak or frustration,  that he wishes things were better and accidentally punched the third toilet cubicle door which would summon Jaewoo.  cue the meet and greet.  now Jaewoo tries cajoling him into doing toilet ghost assistance things such as being his puppet to test out whether hanging out down at x pond at x park has its fishes growing slightly bigger and a mermaid entity being summoned if you talk and cry about heartbreak to the fish after 1am with your chances being higher if your breath has wafts of seaweed.  the usual.

SHENANIGANS GO LIKE . . . 

Tae is immediately on Jaewoo’s good side because he is 1cm shorter than Jaewoo and not some ungodly tall looking thing because Jaewoo heart always crumbles at the sight of super tall guys.  but someone who is shorter than him,  even if by a centimetre,  Jaewoo is instantly endeared towards him.  they are best friends already.  

they’ve met before.  countless times even.  there were many occasions in Jaewoo’s time spent alive where he narrowly missed harrow encountered the kiss of death but slipped away from it in brute determination to survive for his family.  during those times,  Tae was probably lurking in the shadows and waiting for his time to blink to its end but it doesn’t.  

although Tae may be familiar with such people who somehow keep surviving even when on the brink of death,  he probably questions why Jaewoo has so much willpower to grit his teeth so he decides to delve deep into his subconscious by penetrating Jaewoo’s dreams.  if he’s feeling nice,  he will turn Jaewoo’s nightmares of being relentlessly chased and engulfed whole by a dark mysterious perpetrator by providing a sweet ending where Jaewoo stumbles into an open field of dotted daisies and basking sunlight where the saccharine fresh scent of nature overwhelms him.  but if Tae is feeling chaotic and wants to escalate the nightmares,  he becomes the cause of Jaewoo losing sleep and becoming a chronic insomniac.  the mysterious perpetrator eventually catches up to him and pins him down on the floor.  the mask is lifted up.  it’s a contorted face of his brother with his face being eaten alive by maggots.  

when Jaewoo finally dies,  Tae would have the chance to potentially meet him to accompany him to his death to pass to the over side.  but that process is sharply halted.  God denies the permission of Jaewoo crossing that bridge with him.  everything goes to black.  Jaewoo is no longer seen near the bridge.  

years later,  after his death,  they reunite  (  unbeknownst to Jaewoo  ).  could be in their mutual @phantombs​ Cường’s shop in which Tae would walk in to see Jaewoo floating mid air and jiving around to Beyoncé’s formation whilst Cường busies himself in his remedying concoction processes.  or it was an entirely different chance encounter in which Tae is lurking behind his next victim of death who is desperately trying to summon Jaewoo in the toilets to avoid being whisked off this earth.  cue a plausible conflict.  Jaewoo is like yeah sure I can extend your life but whose life will you shorten in return?  then Tae feeling a little chaotic steps in like BOY YOU THOUGHT WRONG and they bicker.

they are best buds though.  Jaewoo comes to him for fashion advice since Tae has a flair for extravagant but well put together immaculate pieces so they go on shopping trips because Jaewoo is like I’m going on a date with my hot vampire gf and I wanna look groomed and well-dressed like you  !!!

Jaewoo finds out about Tae being an escort and he’s just like ok but why would you do that when you can be a fashion designer and get all the attention for your ego.  but watch Jaewoo feeling like a prankster and interrupting Tae on escorting duty.

PERILOUS SHENANIGANS WITH @cvvalier —  — —   (  ?  / ??  )

a rare moment of Miha expressing raw sentiment.  this causes Jaewoo to jerk in both surprise but pleased delight to know that he does not bug her with his annoyance entirely.  at the same time,  he cannot help but notice that she says this as a gaggle of bleary-eyed but talkative bunch of college students in their merch walked past them in a huff of shared inside jokes and vitamin drinks.  the two sit perched on the edge of a fountain ledge,  hoping to gain a new lead on one of Jaewoo’s cases that he inevitably dragged Miha along with him because she’s an expert or whatever when it comes to the circumstance of chasing the supernatural.  yet the studious air of the nearby campus with its herds of gathering students debating on where to have dinner set a different tone and ambience.  it whips up a nostalgic sense of belonging within the gut of two young people who had their bright futures unjustly robbed by the cruel fate of a single person’s hand.  that could have been them right there,  in the thick of lively friends recovering from being hunched over desks all day long.  

not liking how this has invoked a bittersweet emotion within her,  wasn’t she a student after all before everything went down,  he tilts his head to scrutinise her face intently.  “  why are you saying that,  is it because we’re both stupid waiting here for nothing or is it because I’m your replacement buddy for . . .  whatever you do in your free time.  what do you do without me actually  ?  I’m curious.  ”  leaping to his feet with gusto,  he claps his hands.  “  I know why you are saying this and I think I know just what to do.  let’s go pretend to be even dumber college kids for one day.  look look look.  I’m Ahn Jaewoo,  IQ of 50 but still pulled through admissions because I crammed everything a day before so now I study international relations.  my back belongs to an eighty year old grandpa because I have to pretend to read books all the time.  what’s your student story huh  ?  ”  of course the most realistic roleplaying is through meshing all the typical stereotypes together in a lump.
