A Secretaria de Trabalho (Setrab) ingressou na expansão do Programa Pequenos Reparos da Secretaria de Estado de Desenvolvimento Econômico (SDE) – que tem como objetivo aumentar a participação dos microempreendedores individuais na economia do Distrito Federal. 

“O programa começou com atendimento de reparo geral  das escolas de São Sebastião, há dois anos, para execução de serviços de pintura, serralheiro, chaveiro, bombeiro hidráulico, eletricista, pedreiro e técnico em informática”, conta Guilherme Viana, assessor especial da Subsecretaria do Setor Produtivo

Nessa nova fase, se estendeu para todo DF, com atendimento às demandas dos prédios públicos utilizados pela Secretaria de Estado de Educação do Distrito Federal. 

Com essa abrangência e a necessidade de um grande quantitativo de mão de obra, a Setrab tornou-se parceira, captando trabalhadores inscritos nas Agências do Trabalhador e os encaminhando como prestadores de serviço para o programa. 

Para a secretária-adjunta de Trabalho, Thereza de Lamare, a Setrab vai potencializar toda sua ação. “Vamos potencializar para que mais trabalhadores tenham a oportunidade de abrir seu negócio em um campo de trabalho enorme: são mais de 700 escolas públicas no DF. Serão empregados tornando-se empregadores”, comemora Thereza.

Ter experiência mínima de seis meses comprovada, na carteira de trabalho, contrato de trabalho, habilitação por um conselho regional técnico ou atestado de capacitação técnica dado por cidadão ou empresa que já o contratou.
