I'm just imagining asgzc in the parent/child au having to give their kid the inevitable 'birds and the bees' talk and just trying to make it as least awkward as possible but the child still being so uncomfortable omg. Bonus: their kid is a girl so they have to explain periods and stuff except that they don't really have a fucking clue what they're talking about because hello its 5 dads and just wow why am I so into this au wtf

Hahaha, I briefly thought about their “birds n bees” talk but nothing other than acknowledging it briefly. It probably is just so awkward and uncomfortable, no matter how much they try to make it not. I feel like part of why the child would be so uncomfortable is because I don’t think the dads would 100% have agreed on how they were going to go about it.

So they’re being educated in varying levels of details, with varying visual examples and stuff depending on whose talking, and then the dads bickering amongst themselves. “No you can’t tell them that.” “Why are you being so graphic THEYRE A CHILD.” “They need to know! Theres nothing wrong with what Im saying!” “Well I’ve done that and so I thought they should know what it was as well so they don’t think its weird.” At which point their child leaves the room to go douse themselves in holy water. 

And/or it just comes up onetime when they’re outside and they question what those two farm animals are doing together.

Genesis is the worst.

AS FOR if their child was a girl, or at least afab, lol oh my god. I think they’d struggle and try, get books and stuff, but eventually give up and Zack would call in Aerith to have a girl talk with their sweet angel. Aerith gives them all a steely look after because “what the fuck guys.”
