HEADCANON :   neo’s movements are very exaggerated and odd, similar to that of how someone would shoddily move a puppet - he can’t move his head fully on his own, it rolls and shakes as his body shifts and contorts. it’s like every movement he makes is from someone pulling a string as hard as possible, before landing at a specific place thanks to gravity’s pull. it’s almost like a real life rubberhose cartoon, only fucked up with the sounds of mechanical whirring and parts grinding noisily against each other, as if misplaced in the mechanism that is his new form.
