A True True Friend Propaganda: The entire song is just ''hey X needs your help can you help them A TRUE TRUE FRIEND HELPS A FRIEND IN NEED--'' it's so repetitive and it's boring and I'm gonna be eaten alive for this take aren't I Ngl it’s probably not the worst, but it’s repetitive and not very creative It's not that it's bad rather it feels not fully up to its potential. especially as it's the turning point in the show im sorry but i think this song is so overrated :/ like its cute sure! i could even call it fun! but its soooo repetitive like seriously they couldnt bother to write a unique verse for rainbow dash?? there are way better finale songs and im honestly shocked that it got as far as it did in the mlp song tournament anyway thats my beef

The Magic Inside Propaganda: Sadly the magic inside is the only mlp song I hate, it's too on the nose and super cheesy, and that's coming from someone who fell in love with mlp from the royal wedding episode where love conquers all. The writing was just not good. i’m really sorry to everypony but the magic inside is actually my least favorite popular mlpfim song. it might be the instrumentation, but it feels so campy, and not in an endearing way like the majority of the other songs, just kind of stereotypical. it feels like a song i’ve already heard a thousand times before. The Magic Inside anti- Propaganda: if you watch RaRa's hooves she's clearly not playing the sounds that are coming out of that piano
