I’ve been keeping a little secret from the internet world for a few weeks now. On Monday December 23rd I found out I was pregnant. @devgioacchini and I are so excited to welcome our little baby Gio into the world in August. Yesterday we graduated from the fertility clinic. Babby 2.0 is measuring 38mm (about 1.5 inches) with a heartbeat of 172bpm. It’ll probably be the last time we see 2.0 for awhile. I have an appointment with the midwives at Penn next week; they’ll be overseeing the rest of our prenatal care. Officially 10 weeks! Only 30 weeks left and I cannot wait to meet Little Bear. He or she is now the size of a tootsie pop (so cute) and has been making mommy feel very sick lately. @sammylee_fitgirl ・・・ Hello 👋🏻 today is my back trainings day. I started with this exercise. It’s an open chained lat pull down machine from #naturalstrength 👍🏻 I love this machine because I can train both side of my lat symmetrical and no arm is helping the other but I safe time by dont have to do one after the other. That’s great. I am now 10week pregnant and feeling stronger slowly. I think I slowly passed the first time where I felt often bad and weak :) it’s good to train with the hold method and for warming up I do 5 times 12-15 reps. Keeping my weight still high as possible !
