Texted my mum about being asked to stay an extra 2 hours because we were understaffed, so why did she follow that text up with asking me if I'm getting enough hours? Girl they won't let me leave
#work tag#+Extra#12-11pm today 😬 was supposed to finish at 9 but they were understaffed cus one of the cooks bailed mid shift and one of the middle team#members called in sick and it was a competent manager that actually helps that was running the shift that asked so i was like sure np#but im back again tomorrow and Saturday like girl im always at work they wont let me leave 😭#ive been scheduled for 5 9 hour shifts again next week 😐 maam im supposed to be part time#the scheduling has been so wack lately even the other team leads keep commenting on it my shift runner today was talking about the fact#that she keeps being left understaffed and its been really hectic as all the kids are off school now like people keep asking for more hours#and leads want more staff so what is happening? but by god that does not mean give me more hours 36 is fine stop this 40 45 nonsense#im so sleep deprived atm and im definitely coming down with something cus of stress please schedule someone who actually wants the hours!!
