As I mentioned in an earlier post; for a railfan, there is no better way to end a year than with a train trip.  I had not travelled by the Kalyan-Kasara-Igatpuri-Nashik Road-Manmad route for quite some time; therefore I decided to undertake a trip to NK by 12071 Mumbai Jalna Jan Shatabdi – the date being Saturday 3rd December; and return on the same day (or rather, night!) by 12870 Howrah Mumbai…

[Laughs.] And if I see in the superficial, subconscious relationships that I am familiar with, clichés of association—I change the picture. الطاير: طرح مركبات خضراء من أجل بيئة نظيفة دبي: "الخليج" اعتمد مجلس المديرين في هيئة الطرق والمواصلات بدبي، خطة تحويل مركبات الأجرة في دبي (تاكسي دبي وشركات الامتياز) بنسبة 100%، إلى مركبات صديقة للبيئة (هجينة وكهربائية وهيدروجينية)، بحلول عام 2027، وذلك انسجاماً مع الخطة الشاملة لتقليل الانبعاثات الكربونية في قطاع مركبات الأجرة، وفقاً لمتطلبات المجلس الأعلى للطاقة في دبي، والتحول نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر وتوجهات حكومة دبي الاستراتيجية نحو الاستدامة البيئية الشاملة. وأكد مطر الطاير، المدير العام، ورئيس مجلس المديرين في هيئة الطرق والمواصلات بدبي، أن هذه الخطة تأتي ترجمة لتوجيهات صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي، رعاه الله، بترشيد استخدام الطاقة، نظرا لأهميتها للاستدامة البيئية ومشاريع التنمية بمختلف مكوناتها، وكذلك إيجاد بيئة آمنة ونظيفة ومستدامة ترتقي إلى مستوى سمعة ومكانة إمارة دبي، إلى جانب تعزيز مبادرة حكومة دبي الرامية إلى طرح مركبات خضراء من أجل بيئة أكثر نظافة. وأشار إلى أن هيئة الطرق والمواصلات، قطعت شوطاً كبيراً في هذا الجانب، حيث تمكنت من تحويل 72% من مركبات الأجرة إلى مركبات صديقة للبيئة، بواقع 8,221 مركبة، وهو ما عمل على خفض الانبعاثات الكربونية بأكثر من 420 ألف طن، بمعدل 70 ألف طن سنوياً وكشف أن الخطة الخمسية (2023 2027)، تستهدف تحويل كامل مركبات قطاع الأجرة، خلال خمس سنوات، ويتم تنفيذها بتحويل 10% من المركبات سنوياً، ولمدة 5 أعوام، وصولاً لتحقيق نسبة 100% في عام 2027. وأشار الطاير إلى أن نتائج التجارب التي أجريت على المركبات الصديقة للبيئة، والتي بدأ تشغيلها التجريبي عام 2008، أكدت أنها حل بيئي صائب لخفض الانبعاثات الكربونية وخفض استهلاك الوقود وخفض تكليف الصيانة، بسبب قلة الأعطال الميكانيكية وكذلك خفض مستوى الضجيج، إلى جانب أفضلية دورة حياة المركبات الهجينة قياساً بالمركبات العادية، من حيث سعر الشراء وتكاليف الصيانة والوقود والتأمين والتكاليف الإضافية لاحقاً، لنسب تصل إلى نصف قيمة التكاليف. صحيفة الخليج https://yasiuae.net/?p=161896&feed_id=12870
