semi-hiatus

heeyyyoooo.. okay, i don't normally do this, but the next couple weeks are gonna be real busy for me and i'm already simmering with anxiety at the thought of it all, so i'm gonna slow things down here a bit. nothing major. just knocking the queue down to half the usual amount of daily posts (or less) since i dunno how much free time i'll have. might be slower with any asks/messages as well. at least until october. after that i should be okay (hopefully).

the 182days stuff will still be posted each morning (whether or not you see them on your dash, in the tags or desktop version of this blog is another story. this site has been real stupid and frustrating with them as of recently and i have no idea why some publish fine and others are sorta delayed). if they don't appear, then you can check my archive if i posted the next one, since they have no issue showing up there whenever i publish them for some reason (same with my blog's tags on mobile, but no where else). otherwise they should usually appear in the usual places after a day or so (apparently). i have most of this week written out already, so any free time i have will be used for me to stay ahead so i don't miss anything.

anyways, that's pretty much it. i'm fine. just not gonna be in the best mood for a bit. apologies in advance for being quiet in any reblogs. probably won't have the energy to write out the usual comments but just know that you're all amazing. see ya in time for spooky month.

Today is officially the halfway point. Unfortunately I am still over 8k behind. And I still need about 1050 words a day (okay, more like 1043: I did pull it down a bit with the 1400 day a couple days ago) to make it. And that’s assuming I write every day. Daunting.

Late last night, you shared with me your deepest darkest secret and it has been up for discussion for the past almost 24 hours. It’s sp new for me. You’re still trying to figure it and you out, and now I'm trying to figure this out too and it’s just been a long day. Today we went prom shopping for you and after 3 hours we ended up at Wesner’s and just rented you everything haha. It was just a good, normal afternoon with you and i am so thankful for simple days where we run errands and just get to be together. Thank you for being my person.

The first step is that you should know the basic requirement before seeking your company register.

1. You should have at least two director and two shareholders and one more thing you should know that directors and shareholders could be the same person. 2. Government-issued some identities that is Aadhar card, PAN card, Bank statement and a copy of utility and electricity bill of the Directors are compulsory. 3. As you know that this process is completely free so you can apply directly online through MCA portal of government of India DIN id a code which is given by the ministry of corporate affairs.

This is the third step which you need to follow is that you have to submit a digital signature certification to the directors and you can carry out this process with the help of third party Company which must be authorized by the government of India. 1daycompanyinc is one such organization which helps you to cross this step smoothly. It is basically an electronic signature which is later used for filling government electronic forms. It is like a USB drive with a prefix data so that you can attach the signature of your company on its registration form and can be used only for filling the form. To secure this data you cannot use this data for any transactions related to money and banking.

The fourth step of this process is that you have to search the name of the company on the MCA portal. You have to submit 5 names in application forms before choosing a particular name for a company because they will check that which name is not registered in Delhi company they will take that name for their company.

The fifth step of this process is that you are supposed to draft and AOA that is Associates of Article and MOA that is Memorandum of Association. In AOA and MOA, internal terms and conditions are mentioned in a company.

This is the sixth and final step of this form filling process is that you have to fill an online e-form to the regional office of Delhi through the MCA portal.

In this step, you have to pay stamp duty fees and this process is made online for the convenience of people.

This step is mainly for verifying and confirming things related to the company details. ROC Delhi regional office closely looks at all the e-forms and other documents. If any issues persist the form is returned for correction and re-submission. It takes around 5-6 days to verify the things. If you apply through INC29, it takes very less time for verifying and confirmation since in INC29 all the above steps are covered at a time.

This is the final step from the regional office of ROC Delhi. They will send an email to your registered mail Id with attaching your ‘Certificate of Incorporation’. This certificate holds a value at the bank when you want to open a bank account with your company’s name. This might also be asked by the government organization for verification purposes later on.

It is the final step of your Business Incorporation In Delhi where you’re supposed to apply for PAN for the company. It is a mandatory thing for any company. You must also apply for TAN online in case you hire some employee in order to deduct TDS.
