I know but it鈥檚 boring being on the farm on my own...
Scene 1: Sarah going on about Billy not having farm work experience, hard graft. Plus the cottage is tied to the job. Billy will decide what is best. Rachel offers a word of warning to Jack.
Jack: Billy鈥檚 going to have to do what every parent does. Make decisions based on what鈥檚 best for his family.
Sarah: He鈥檚 only had a family for five minutes...
Rachel: If you鈥檙e not careful Jack, this Andy thing is gonna cause a rift between you two.
Jack: It already has.
Scene 2: In the pub, opens up to Rachel about Andy and Billy.
Jack: Oh, sometimes I think It鈥檇 be more convenient all round if Andy left. It鈥檚 not just that. I鈥檝e grown to love him but I honestly think Billy deserves a second chance with his son. And when I see them together, it just looks right.
Scene 3: Sarah鈥檚 upset Andy鈥檚 packing his things. But Andy is excited to be with his dad and also him going to be a farmer just like Jack.
Scene 4: A lovely scene among Robert, Donna and Andy about Andy leaving.
Donna: You must be dead pleased. You won鈥檛 have to share things anymore.
Robert: I know that but it鈥檚 boring being on the farm on my own...
Robert: But you鈥檝e got my mum and dad.
Andy: I know but I want me own dad, all to meself.
Donna: You can have mine if you like.
Andy: Well you see, if you was an orphan you wouldn鈥檛 say things like that.
Donna: If I was an orphan, I wouldn鈥檛 have a dad to say things about would I?
Scene 5: Andy drops the bomb on Jack and Sarah that he already talked to his social worker and she was okay with his living with his dad.
Sarah: You know Andy, moving in with your dad isn鈥檛 going to be as straightforward as you think?
Andy: Why?
Sarah: Well for one, you鈥檙e still our foster child. Social services have to agree to any changes.
Andy: They already have. What鈥檚 her name, Carmel, I rang her.
