Sky News said an ICBM hit it (which would mean outside involvement) while others are saying a ballistic missile from Ukraine hit it. It was at anchor, which makes a ballistic missile hit possible.

Either way it was a ballistic missile. Claims were that it sank, but Russia said they intentionally scuttled it to stop a chain reaction of munitions explosions. If that be the case they will refloat it, probably with heavy damage.

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A murder case ended in a mistrial Wednesday after a relative of the victim tried to attack the defendant at Baltimore's Elijah E. Cummings Courthouse, the defense attorney said.

Attorney Roya Hanna, who is representing Darrius Jordan, 23, of Baltimore, said the prosecution was presenting a video from an officer's body camera when the relative ran from the gallery toward the defendant. The man, who was holding a cane, was stopped and restrained by a bailiff. The relative made it to the prosecutors' table, Hanna said.

"He shouted that he was going to kill the defendant," Hanna said.

Police said Jordan shot and killed 52-year-old Guy Thomas around 1 a.m. on Feb. 12 in the 1900 block of Edmondson Avenue in the city's Midtown Edmondson section. Thomas was pronounced dead at the scene.

CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — A 50-year-old man is in jail following an incident Sunday where his wife found him in bed with a young child, according to an affidavit obtained by WCIV News.

The woman found her husband, Anthony Furman, in bed next to a 7-year-old child with a bedsheet pulled up to their necks, according to the report.

When the witness pulled the blanket down, Furman quickly moved his hands away from the young victim.

The woman asked the girl what Furman had been doing, to which she replied he had been "touching her private parts," the report states.

Enrique Chavez appeared Tuesday in federal court to face a federal indictment charging him with two counts of abusive sexual contact against a prison inmate at the Federal Correctional Institute Dublin (FCI Dublin).***

According to the indictment unsealed today, Chavez, 49, of Manteca, California, is employed as a correctional officer at FCI Dublin. FCI Dublin is a correctional institution that houses female prisoners and is operated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP). On the dates of the charged crimes, Chavez was assigned to the position of Cook Supervisor/Foreman. As a correctional officer, he supervised and had disciplinary authority over the female inmates incarcerated at FCI Dublin. Chavez was trained in BOP policies and procedures, which included instructions that sexual, financial and social relationships with inmates are prohibited.

The indictment charges two counts of abusive sexual contact by Chavez against a prison inmate occurring on separate occasions in October 2020.  In each count, the indictment alleges that Chavez engaged in intentional sexual contact with “Victim 1.”  Victim 1 is identified as a female inmate detained at FCI Dublin and thereby under the custodial, supervisory and disciplinary authority of Chavez. *** https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/correctional-officer-fci-dublin-charged-abusive-sexual-contact-female-inmate
