28th april to 1st may 

friday: boring work day but got to go out for dinner at eat indian food with the parents. 

saturday: went shopping with mum in the day to get birthday presents for my nephew and got a few extra things for myself. then maddy and i went up to brisbane and had dinner at the red brick hotel (had the biggest glass of wine, grilled flathead and shoe string fries with aioli, starter was mud crab bruschetta), then we went to the south bris cemetery for a ghost tour. this one was so much worse than the other one we went to. had these two incel twin brothers running the tour and they were just so bad lol it ended up being really funny rather than spooky. anyway always have a great time with maddy and always laugh a lot

sunday: watched the americans with mum all day. that show is so amazing. every episode is incredible, nail biting, you could cut the tension between the two MCs with a knife it’s perfect. 

monday: public holiday here in qld and i got the day off. went for a run in the morning and did my cold water plunge. then i spent the day cleaning up and sorting out my closet. it looks so much better and i feel so much better with it all sorted out now. i can just walk in and i ended up donating three garbage bags worth of clothes and shoes that i haven’t worn in so long. mum made this incredible spinach and ricotta stuffed pasta in tomato sauce, bellissimo
