Things I would really really appreciate- transparency and clear communication from medical professionals as to costs, schedules, check in procedures, and expectations, given well before the day of your appointment

#3 hours till pre-op and the cost for the visit has gone from account balance to co-pay to total for both #and no one is giving me a straight answer as to what im paying when i arrive and the variance is significant #and thats even if they answer the phone which they've only done once after half an hour on hold #and i know ill arrive and wait an hour before being seen #and be routinely misgendered by the admin staff because they just dont give a shit #god today sucks so much
