This is actually one one of two parts I did for this map, and you can check out my post about it here.

This part was difficult oh boy… lots of doing and redoing the composition, sketching and lineart, and I couldn’t even chill with the darn colors! I had to redo them entirely TWICE! But thankfully, the final looks amazing, and I’m really proud of it!

Will I post a process video of my part on my empty YouTube channel? WHO KNOWS!!

So it’s been three years since third life but I’ve never stopped thinking about the flower husbands’ afterlife.

Because after weeks of survival and fighting and death, they’re finally allowed to rest, together, in their little sanctuary. Because now they just have peace and calm, something that they never had while they were alive.

Because what haunts me the most is what if they never really left. Like, what if they leave for their other SMPs, but between them? They’ll always return to their little paradise: their Home.

Because no matter what, they’ll always return to each other.

I need to stop putting off this post, I'm kinda scared to post this since I'm not really a fan artist and I don't do it often. But it's 5 am and I need to finish what I've started.

Anywho here's my grian fan art

This is me just mapping out what he would look like in my style. I kinda messed up trying to convey the oversized sweater.

Thought I'd go straight into some angst lmao, 3rd life grian after the catus ring. Though after I added his hair it kinda doesn't look like grian anymore.

I kinda want to explain myself here, but at the same time, I don't. I don't want people going and watching the series this is from because it's bad, and seriously triggering. Idk I have a lot of thoughts about the series, and it's had a lasting impact on me.

I haven't done any character design in a while so I kinda went crazy on this one. I like the outfit and all, but I feel like it may be too revealing for Grian. Also tried to make the hands do an evo sign lmao

I don't really like this one, he could look more tired tbh. I also forgot to erase the massive ass I gave him.

Lastly, grian is just being himself. Also, did I tell you I kinda headcanon him to struggle with facial expressions? Like bc the actual Minecraft skin is so soulless. So like most the time (mostly after the watchers) he's just dead pan all the time. Like his voice is expressive just not his face. I find it really funny.

I did one more but I seriously don't like it and it's embarrassing so I'm not posting it.

The best thing about 3rd life was that Grian could have left Scar at any time. If he went "this is too much, this is too far", even when Scar was on red, Scar would have let him go. No revenge, no guilt, wouldn't even mention Grian's life debt

Life series is a music competition reality show, it's hosted by Ariana Griande, but Grian just also plays and "no one can tell who it is" (at the very least the evo gang knows), and the whole point of double life was they had to write "romance songs" but divorce squad simply refused

As much as I absolutely love the angst of the life series, sometimes it's funny to think of it as just. Enrichment or something

It's like giving a cat a toy but instead of a toy it's a square world border 3 lives and the chance to murder all their friends. They love it

Bonus points if all the angst and roleplay is also enrichment they need SOME kind of outlet for all that drama
