#5.11. i don't want to know another kiss

Bestie what’s your greatest buddie desire(s) for 5b?

i need them to talk. like i would love to just watch an episode that's literally just the conversation they need to have. but, honestly, just give me a scene where they're both being open and honest about how they feel about what happened in may (including the will) and i'll be happy.

i also want to see a hug. it would be so healing for both of them. like, maybe they aren't at the point to be ready to shift their relationship to romantic, but there is so much comfort in hugging and being physically close to the person who knows you best.

going off that last one, i want to see them breakdown, either individually, or together. it might come during that conversation or it might precede it, depending on what prompts it. but they're both headed for a breakdown of some sort.

i want one or two nice buckley-diaz family moments. chris is such an integral part of their relationship, and we only saw buck and chris interact once so far this season. and i know oliver has said that he's at least filmed twice with gavin so far (5.11 and 5.14), but there's a possibility the scenes might get cut. so, even in all the chaos and turmoil that their relationship is going to go through, i think they deserve a few happy moments together like that.

eddie has to talk about buck in therapy. like, there's no way he can't, right? i've been wracking my brain for how eddie might answer frank's question, and i really do think that pretty much all of them lead to buck in some way or another. (shooting -> buck, chris -> buck, dying -> buck, etc.)

i really do not think that they'll be ready for The Kiss by 5.18. i just don't think there's time to get them from where they are now, balance the storylines with the other characters, and still have them at a point where a kiss (and probably getting together) would work. that being said, i want some sort of Obvious Billboard Oh My God It's You realization, or a third-party confession, or something. i think there's enough time to get them there, and then 6a can deal with getting them together (also like, a mistletoe first kiss is one of my Biggest wishes for them. like i think it would make me insane)

there's probably some other things that i would like to see that i'm forgetting because it's monday morning and i'm sleepy, but these are the big ones!
