Made in Fullerton, California, serial # 75366, white re- finish, alder body with Brazilian rosewood fingerboard on maple neck, period black hard shell case. - This is a much-worn but super vibey 1962 slab-board Pre-CBS Fender Stratocaster, refinished more than once and heavily played over the last six decades. Apart from the scruffy body finish it remains a surprisingly complete and original guitar with patina and mojo to spare! Vous avez reçu une facture d’eau trop élevée par rapport à votre consommation habituelle. Sachez que vous pouvez la contester auprès de l’entreprise des services de l’eau et demander une vérification de votre compteur.

Les règles de droit pour contester une facture d’eau élevée

Si votre facture d’eau fait ressortir une forte augmentation du volume consommé alors que vos habitudes n’ont pas changé, il est possible que vous ayez une fuite après le compteur, sur la partie privative du branchement. La surconsommation liée à cette fuite est à votre charge.

La loi n° 2011-525 du 17 mai 2011 (article 2) et le décret n° 2012-1078 du 24 septembre 2012 prévoient un mécanisme de plafonnement de la facture et renforcent les obligations d’information du service des eaux.

Ainsi, depuis le 1ᵉʳ juillet 2013, le service d’eau potable a l’obligation d’informer sans délai l’occupant d’un logement à partir du moment où il constate une augmentation anormale du volume consommé (art. L 2224-12-4, III bis et R 2224-20-1 du code général des collectivités territoriales).

Une consommation d’eau est considérée comme anormale lorsque le volume consommé depuis le relevé précédent excède le double de la consommation moyenne relevée au cours des 3 années précédentes. Si la comparaison sur 3 ans n’est pas possible, elle s’effectuera par rapport au volume d’eau moyen consommé dans la zone géographique, dans des locaux d’habitation de taille et de caractéristiques comparables. En cas de surconsommation, il est prévu un mécanisme de plafonnement de la facture, appelé « écrêtement ».

Ce dispositif permet de ramener le volume facturé au double du volume d’eau moyen consommé et de minorer ainsi les conséquences d’une fuite après compteur. Attention, seules les fuites constatées sur les canalisations sont concernées. Autrement dit, celles sur les appareils ménagers et équipements sanitaires ou de chauffage ne bénéficient pas du plafonnement de la facture.

Quelles sont les démarches à accomplir pour contester une facture d’eau trop élevée ?

Pour bénéficier de l’écrêtement de votre facture, vous devez faire réparer la fuite et fournir au service des eaux, dans le délai d’un mois, une attestation d’un plombier. Celle-ci doit indiquer que la fuite a été réparée, préciser la localisation et la date de la réparation. Les frais de recherche de fuite et de réparation de la canalisation peuvent éventuellement être pris en charge par votre assurance habitation. Vous pouvez aussi demander au service d’eau potable, toujours dans ce délai d’un mois, la vérification du bon fonctionnement du compteur d’eau.

Dans ce cas, vous ne serez tenu au paiement de la part excédant le double de votre consommation moyenne qu’à partir du moment où le service d’eau vous aura notifié que cette augmentation n’est pas due au dysfonctionnement de votre compteur.

De même, s’il ne vous a pas informé d’une augmentation anormale de votre consommation, vous n’êtes pas tenu au paiement de la part excédant le double de votre consommation moyenne.

Il est conseillé d’adresser la réclamation par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception.

Si le litige avec l’entreprise de services des eaux persiste

Contactez le service clientèle et le médiateur de l’eau. Si le service des eaux refuse de plafonner votre facture, faites un recours amiable à son service clientèle et demandez-lui d’appliquer la loi. Si la démarche n’aboutit pas, adressez-vous vers le Médiateur de l’eau.

Covid-19: Armenia infections grew by 103 in the past 24 hours

PanARMENIAN.Net – The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Armenia grew by 103 to reach 224,533 on Thursday, June 24 morning, according to information provided by the Health Ministry.

Fresh figures also revealed that 82 more people recovered, while two patients died from Covid-19 in the past 24 hours.

A total of 3452 tests have been performed in the past day, the National Center For Disease Control and Prevention said.

So far, 216,312 people have recovered, 4505 have died from the coronavirus in the country, while 1096 others carrying the virus have died from other causes.
