It’s so sad and awful being this fat for the first time in my life! I used to be skinny (96pound 43 kg) but since I entered college and I went through anxiety and stress I gained so much weight (155pound 70 kg) but I dropped (18pound 7kg). I am senior now so I want to lose a lot of weight before my graduation party!

hi doing a fast uhhh havent eaten since 4pm yesterday n its 6am rn but i had like a big meal so im now starting to get hunger noises

14hrs into a hopefully 48hr fast

update: almost 20hrs into the fast and i lost a pound! im 96pounds now!! i havent drank any water much so i could either do a water or dry fast mmm

done 25hr fast bc im hungry finishing it with rice, apple juice and plantain

I just want to die.

I went out to eat with my mother tonight and ate way too much. When I got home, I was trying on outfits for an interview tomorrow and everything just looked awful on me. Things I used to wear with no problem now look like I'm a whale in them. It's like I have a tire around my waist. I'm unattractive and fat. So fat.
