Mengajak Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tabanan, Sekda beserta para asisten Sekda, serta seluruh Kepala Dinas, Kepala Bagian dan OPD di lingkungan Pemkab Tabanan, Direktur Perusda, beserta camat Kediri, Forum Perbekel se-Kecamatan Kediri dan Para Kepala Desa se-Kecamatan Kediri, kegiatan ‘Ngantor di Desa Bengkel’ diaktualisasikan melalui beberapa agenda kegiatan. Termasuk, peninjauan lokasi TPS3R Bestari, Menerima Audiensi di Kantor Desa Bengkel dan Launching aplikasi SIMASA hingga peninjauan UMKM lokal. Momen berkantor di Desa, juga digunakan Bupati Sanjaya untuk menyalurkan bantuan APD (alat pelindung diri) dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19, oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Tabanan melalui BPBD Kabupaten Tabanan, yang terdiri dari sabun batang, sabun cair dan hand sanitizer. Bupati Sanjaya juga menyempatkan untuk meninjau Bumdes dan kantor desa, sebelum menerima audiensi dari Forum Perbekel se-Kecamatan Kediri serta audiensi dari Tim Medsos. Lebih lanjut, Bupati Sanjaya juga menyempatkan untuk bekerja di wantilan kantor Desa, di mana pihaknya juga menerima audiensi bersama masyarakat yang dilanjutkan dengan launching aplikasi SIMASA (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sampah). Pengelolaan sampah di Desa Bengkel, dinilai telah diolah dengan sangat baik, sehingga mampu menjadi contoh bagi desa-desa lain di Tabanan. “Dari sampah sampai pembangunan, UMKM, semua selesai di Desa, jika masalah sudah selesai di Desa, masyarakat tidak lagi ke Kabupaten atau Provinsi, cukup di Desa. Saya sudah lihat pembangunan di Desa, tinggal bagaimana teman-teman OPD memiliki ritme dan spirit yang sama dan tengok bagaimana pembangunan yang berbasis desa,“ jelas Sanjaya. Tak hanya itu, pihaknya juga menyelesaikan segala kendala dan masalah yang berlangsung di masyarakat secara optimal dengan mengikutsertakan pihak / OPD yang kala itu hadir dan mengikuti audiensi. Termasuk di antaranya, dari Badan Perencanaan Penelitian dan Pengembangan, BKPSDM, Bakeuda, Badan Kesbangpol, Inspektorat, Dinas Penanaman Modal dan PTSP, Dinas PUPRPKP,Dishub, Dinas Ketahanan Pangan, Dinas Pendidikan, Dinkes, Dinas Perikanan, Dinas Koperasi & UMKM, Dinpar, Dinas Pertanian, Disbud, Disnaker, DLH, Dukcapil, DPMD, Kominfo, Disperindag, Dinsos P3A, Dispenduk dan KB, Pol PP, PBPBD, Bagian Kesra, Bagian Organisasi Setda Tabanan, Tapem Setda, hingga bagian Administrasi pembangunan. Menyambut program ‘Ngantor di Desa Bengkel’ oleh Bupati Tabanan, Nyoman Wahya Wiantara selaku Perbekel Desa Bengkel, menyatakan tanggapan positifnya atas perhatian langsung dari Bupati Sanjaya tersebut. Sebab, program-program yang dibangun di Desa Bengkel, diakuinya juga telah sesuai dengan Visi dan Misi Kabupaten Tabanan menuju Desa Presisi. Pihaknya menyatakan, sistem menjadi bagian utama yang dikerjakan, bedasarkan sistem tersebut, data dapat dikumpulkan dari masyarakat sehingga memudahkan pemerintah daerah dalam mengambil keputusan kedepan. Termasuk pemasangan CCTV di 8 titik di desa bengkel, sehingga aktifitas dapat terpantau dan diakses dengan mudah. “Dengan program-program yang ada saat ini, nantinya dapat terintegrasi dengan baik dengan bapak-bapak, ibu-ibu di OPD masing-masing, seperti CCTV yang ada di Desa nanti bisa dimanfaatkan. Perlu kolaborasi dari OPD sekalian sehingga program yang dikerjakan di Desa dapat dimanfaatkan untuk masyarakat Tabanan pada umumnya,” jelas Wahya. Di kesempatan itu, pihaknya juga menerangkan tentang rancangan program ‘Kartu Cerdas’ yang dijadwalkan rilis di Tahun depan.
