Blue Green Algae Remediation
Over the past few summers, our lovely corner of the planet has been hard hit by several blue-green algae blossoms. It is understandable that people are concerned about protection, their investment in property on the shores of the lake and how this affects their leisure activities and lifestyles. We are turning to the government to seek information, advice and action that often leaves us disappointed. What we need to do is take a long, hard look at our own activities and determine how they could potentially contribute to the issue of Blue Green Algae Remediation. Think about behaving locally internationally.

We are all feeling the worldwide consequences of global warming. What scientists have been warning us about for decades is happening now that we are living in a world of change that is becoming increasingly harsh and unpredictable. What am I supposed to do, you ask me? Drive less of your vehicle, walk more and bike more.
Plan your car trips to go shopping with other outings, so you're using the car less. Share driving, man. The carpooling institute where you work. Sell a vehicle. Don't wait for the government to save our world, get started, and maybe the institutions will follow. How is this related to your pond or lake? Blue green algae bloom like warm water temperatures, but before we adjust our greenhouse gas emissions on a global scale, one car or action at a time, your pond is likely to experience more frequent and prolonged blooming Toxic Algae Clean Up problems in the future.
For pond owners or people living along impacted rivers, make a small watershed checklist and an action plan to see whether your own activities lead to poor water quality in your pond or lake.
Do you mow the lawn down to the shoreline? If so, this is detrimental to the quality of the water, since short grass cannot absorb excessive nutrients such as phosphorous, such as lush stretches of shoreline plants and aquatic plants. Blue-green algae are blooming with too much phosphorus.
Plant native shrubs along your shoreline and stop mowing the lawn as much as possible. Of course, never fertilise your lawn; you're only leading to bad water quality for everyone.

Paved land, highways and roads make it easy for surface water to reach your lake, bringing with it contaminants and nutrients that feed algae. If possible, remove these surfaces or plant berms around them so that the roots of the plant can retain excess moisture and the soil can absorb water. For streams that cross your land and enter the lake, do the same, plant native aquatic plants in and around the stream and never mow to the edge of the stream. Become an annoying neighbour who makes positive suggestions to the lawn mowing landowner from you down the lake. If you have the means to do so, offer to buy seeds and grow them down the road for a farmer who's struggling to make ends meet. Screaming at City Council meetings will do nothing but work on your own and spread the message in your own positive way. Become the woman who planted water trees instead of the man who planted trees!
Again, think globally and act locally. If your objective is to keep your lakeside property comfortable and your lake secure for recreation, start by mobilising your neighbours and the lake community; take it upon yourself to make the necessary changes, so at least you can say that you have done your best. The latest buzz word for water quality is not at all a new term, but an increasingly relevant one: watershed management. It starts where the mountains and fields flow into your lake and finally end up at sea level. So maintaining local watersheds properly is the secret to high water quality.

Grow maximum yield with the best agriculture water softer
Nature is the best healer of everything. A very true quote to say, but is it actually the case in the time of today? All one could see around itself is pollution, dust, dirt and lot of chemicals that are harming our environment. And the biggest loss to mankind right now is purity of thewater, which further affects the fertility of the land. Water molecules when get attached or trapped by other molecules are difficult to be taken up by the plants, due to which the agriculture yield has reduced. Farmers are facing major issue in increasing the efficiency of the land and quality of the crops as well.

The major reasons that are affecting the yield are-
1. Vegetative period- The vegetative period of the crops matters a lot. The longer the vegetative period the more delay will be in the ripening and production of the crop. So, it is very important to have short period of vegetation.
2. Irrigation- There are many regions where water facility is very poor. In order to increase the fertility and proper growth of plants it is very important to provide soft water i.e., water that is easy for plants to uptake and utilize for the good production.
3. Soil Structure- The structure of soil is yet another big factor that determines the production of any crop land. If the soil is having appropriate pH and contains humus, the quality of the crop grown will be good which again will increase the production.
Considering all the problems faced by the farmers and conditioning to help them companies have worked hard tocome up with the perfect solutions to increase farmlands. The basic concept that was important to understand was water, its structure and the types of bond it creates with other molecules and also with itself. Using this basicconcept, the patented electronic devices today are able to generate a “wetter water” that works effectively against all the problems of the farmers.
The devices are exceptionally built to ionically work on the structure of water with unique and complex computer-generated frequency that resonates. This resonance alters the size, charge and the physical properties of the molecules of water. Remarkably these changes do not destroy the molecule instead make it more accessible in the pure form. Water taken up now by the plants is easy and further the efficiency for the uptake of nutrient from the soil is also increased. Thus, not only good for field crops, Green House Water System and nurseries but also golf course, recreational parks andnatural grass stadiums to obtain a perfect picturesque.

These newly invented techniques are also best for Blue Green Algae Remediation, snow making system, food processing facility and waste water treatment as they allow plants to easily attain nutrients such as magnesium, calcium and even iron. The water through this device isallowed to pass through electrostatic field and expose to the wave that makes water lose the bond with other molecules, thus maximising the soil structure and the growth of the plants.
Depending on the electromagnetic and resonating technique, the users are now able to bring revolution at their door step. As they not only improve the farm land and field by also make water more suitable by making it free from odor and enhancing its taste. One can also rest free for the crusty layer that usually gets formed on the ground due to the deposition of salt and iron, as it plays with the structure of the ion and allows it to acquire the soft and best form that is simply pure and fit to use.

The Growing Problem of Toxic Blue Green Algae Blooms
Cyanobacteria, also known as blue-green algae, bloom in waters around the world. Earlier this summer, the massive Blue-Green Algae Remediation bloomed from Florida's Lake Okeechobee, which covered major river and canal systems nearby, and eventually led the governor to declare a state of emergency along Florida's Atlantic coast. Due to the rerouting of water for flood control, the development near Lake Okeechobee, and the failure of the State to protect water quality from agricultural and residential pollution, Florida's waters are in danger. The composition of the Everglades ecosystem and the surrounding watersheds is changing, not for the better.

Pollution from wastewater, fertilizers and other agricultural runoff increased the nutrients present in Florida's waterways and fueled the growth of Toxic Algae Remediation. Not only is this "guacamole" algae thick, its toxicity has suffocated more than 30,000 acres of seagrass, endangered human health, and killed countless seabirds, manatees and dolphins. As a result of this widespread blue-green algae bloom, Florida has not only experienced reduced water quality, but has also lost habitat to many endemic and endangered species.
Surfrider's Eastern Long Island Chapter is also addressing the growing problems of toxic blue-green algae blossoms. During my two summers working for the Chapter Blue Water Task Force, the primary concern for water quality is the spread of cyanobacteria and associated health risks in coastal recreational waters. Due to their toxicity, widespread cyanobacterial blooms caused the New York DEC to close many local water bodies for recreation and fishing. Cyanotoxins may cause skin irritation (rash or skin blisters), eyes, nose and throat, and inflammation of the respiratory tract. High concentrations of swallowing water can lead to nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Effects on the liver and nervous system of animals and humans have also been documented in serious cases.
Blue-green algae have become an important conversation for environmentalists, local governments, businesses and landowners in Eastern Long Island..Given the momentum gained in recent years, I am optimistic that this will be a watershed issue that will finally build a political will to change the way we manage our waste and take action to protect clean water. The most critical threat to the quality of the water on Long Island is the presence of excess nitrogen from deficient and inadequate septic systems. This, along with chemical fertilizers applied to lawns, cause blue-green algae and other harmful species to bloom. The combination of high nutrient levels, high water temperatures and still conditions makes many of our water bodies in Eastern Long Island vulnerable to cyanobacteria blooming. The Eastern Long Island Chapter has recently teamed up with local filmmaker Mikey DeTemple to make a short film, Into the Sea, illustrating our impact on local watersheds and our shared responsibility to help protect clean water.
WHAT ARE THE WAYS TO INCREASE CROP YIELD?
For centuries, farmers have pondered over and worked on the issue of increasing crop yields. Some of the solutions found were efficient and some were not. Today, in addition to the valuable experience of previous generations of farmers, the agriculture industry can also benefit from the achievements of modern science and technology. Let’s now look at the main ways for the farmers to Increase Agriculture Yields and see how previous experience and advanced technology can be effectively combined to improve agrarians’ performance.
Quality Of Seeds
Agricultural productivity depends on the quality of seeds with which farmers sow their fields. Therefore, in order to Increase Farm Yield on their farmlands, agrarians are recommended to sow only certified seeds that have passed all the necessary quality controls. Certified seeds may cost more than non-certified seeds, but the result will be worth it, because proper seed quality is one of the main factors affecting crop yield. Besides that, planting only high-quality seeds represents one of the eco friendly methods to increase crop yield. If necessary, the farmer may check the quality of the particular seed by referring to the seed company concerned and requesting that special tests be carried out on the land.
Apart from that, it is important to remember that the quality of the seed is not something that is permanent and unfailing. Seed grains need protection – seed coating – from the moment they are planted in the soil. Seed coating is a process for the protection of seed grains with outer materials in order to improve their characteristics (weight, size) and/or to provide certain active compounds to them (micronutrients, microbial inoculants, growth regulators, etc.) Called to protect them against plant diseases and to increase their growth.

Blue Green Algae Bloom or Cyanobacteria Control in Lakes
Recent cases of blue green algae bloom are on the rise as the average temperature rises and rainfall and phosphorous runoff increases, creating a perfect environment for growing blue-green algae or cyanobacteria. Even in mid-October 2017, the algae bloom across Finger Lakes and Vermont, causing a biohazard problem for all affected areas. It affected the Great Lakes and many other northeastern water bodies that were not generally affected by the problem.
Phosphorus can come from a variety of environmental sources, including agricultural runoff, septic systems, road runoff and grass runoff. Reducing phosphorous pollution requires coordination and changes in management practices from a wide range of sectors. It will take some time to see the effects of any changes, as phosphorous that has already reached the lake can bloom in algae for years to come.
Recent Blue Green Pond Algae Bloom Increase
What makes the fall of 2017 such a perfect storm for algae blossoms? First, the water of the lake had stratified, and the water at the bottom had run out of oxygen. With oxygen gone, phosphorous is released from the sediment at the bottom of the lake. These bottom waters eventually "turn over" and end up near the surface – as algae food. Excessive spring rains pushed more runoff into the lakes, and the warm fall weather helped the algae to bloom more aggressively than usual. This is a problem because small amounts of Toxic Algae Remediation have affected drinking water in the northeastern states of Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont and others. This prompted the Senate, on September 26, to adopt a bipartisan bill authorizing $22 million a year over a five-year period ($110 million in total) to fund research and prevention of blue-green algae blossoming in lakes and other drinking water sources across the United States.
Cyanobacteria or toxic blue-green algae were documented in 60 water bodies in the state of New York this year. In Lake Erie, National Geographic reported more than 700 square miles of toxic blue-green algae r blossoming on Oct 3. On September 18, the U.S. government published a press release stating that "scientists surveyed 1,161 U.S. lakes and found that cyanobacteria were the dominant algae in 76% of the locations surveyed. In addition, 32% of lakes contained toxins produced by cyanobacteria."

Harmful Bloom Algae Control
The most important step in controlling the control of Blue-Green Algae Remediation in lakes and reservoirs is to properly oxygenate the bottom through CLEAN-unique FLO's lake and reservoir destratification/aeration systems and bioaugmentation programme. A CLEAN-FLO reservoir or lake aerator can bind up to three times as much phosphorus and nitrogen to the bottom muck as watershed management can do. This results in up to 97% or more of phosphorus and nitrogen removal. Phosphorus and nitrogen are then made food for insects and fish, which enhances fishing for the lakes and ponds. The aeration system produces reservoir, restore the lakes and the pond, and algal control, because phosphorous and nitrate are used to feed fish.
Agricultural technological improvements Farm yields increase
By 2050, the world population will exceed 9 billion – a projected increase of over 30% and an estimated 2.3 billion people more for feeding. Over the next four decades farmers will have to produce the same quantity of food produced over the past 8,000 years. As a result, farmers need access to better tools and farming practices to produce more with less.
The future food system looks different from today. People are moving away from where food is grown and less conscious about how it is cultivated. By 2050, 70% are estimated to live in urban areas, creating the necessity for processing and storage technology, sound infrastructure, efficient distribution channels and an open commercial policy. The uneven distribution of arable land across the world means farmers have to move food and access markets freely and efficiently to succeed. Climate change and Increase Agriculture Yield and will boost demand for new, hard conditions and stressful land seed technology.
The need for innovative solutions, including more investment in science and technology, has thus never been greater and will lead to significant improvements in our food and nutrition safety.
Global food demands will require another era in which innovative scientific solutions are widely adopted. Other technologies allow farmers to Increase Farm Yield and their productivity, beyond improved seed and crop protection tools such as modern irrigation practices, crop management products, mobile technology, management of fertilizers and processing systems and software, such as Agrivi, for the management.
