pics 1 and 2 are of araba's capital, vitoria-gasteiz. pic 3 depicts a normal occurence in araba, it rains an average 472 mm per year, and vitoria-gasteiz is the 10th wettest city in the country. pics 4 and 5 depict the virgen blanca festivities, the main festivities in vitoria-gasteiz; pic 4 shows the traditional dresses and dances, while pic 5 depicts street vendors. pic 7 is from the opakua forest. finally, pics 9 and 10 are from the rioja alavesa, a region within the province known for its wine.

Hoy le toca a los vascos del Amurrio Club. Los "Ayaleses" fueron fundados en 1949 en la homónima ciudad alavesa y vivieron su mejor época hacias finales de los noventa e inicios del presente siglo, llegando a competir 12 temporadas en la extinta Segunda División B, donde lograron un hazañoso cuarto puesto en la temporada 2000/01.

Su presente, sin embargo, les sitúa disputando campeonatos regionales alaveses, lejos de aquellas puestos de mayor jerarquía.
