I am so excited to finally finish this piece! So I was disappointed in myself that I didn't do the flower scene for my Alice In RococoLand series. Golden Afternoon is basically my favorite piece of animation of all time, So here at long last is My Golden Afternoon! I hope you guys like it! I did do another piece for the series as well but this one has to be my favorite out of all of them.

Mad Hatter’s Tea Party
Part 2 of my Alice in Rococoland Series, Okay so there are a lot of inspirations going on here so let me get into it a little bit. The dress is heavily inspired by the concept of the Mock Turtle in American Mcgee’s Alice. Plus inspired by a Elpress L Hat which is a Indie Chinese Lolita brand. The Mad Hatter’s Hair is locs inspired by that famous ponytail hairstyle a lot of men wore throughout history.

Painting the Roses Red
The third and final in my Alice in Rococoland Series. When designing the Queen of Hearts I really wanted to have both the roundness and sharpness that are present in the heart shape. The hearts on spikes is a really on the nose reference to her violence. Alice is just a very traditional rococo court look with a hit of garden party. Thank you for supporting my series!

Down the Rabbit Hole
Okay so I was asked a few times if I was going to draw Alice in my rococo series, the answer was yes. But to be honest Alice in Wonderland is one of my favorite fairytales of all time and I couldn’t just do one picture, I did three! So here is the first of Alice in Rococoland. This isn’t directly inspired by the Disney version but all versions that I love will have little references and inspiration here and there. But this outfit will be the closest to the Disney version the other two are way more conceptual based off of rococo fashion and different events in the story.
