We need two more volunteers for our bats in Cuba program. Without our volunteers these programs can't run. Without these population surveys we don't know all the species that live in the national parks. Without comprehensive knowledge of the species in these parks, the parks are at risk for development. Many of the bats are endemic to Cuba- they are found no where else on the planet so the protection of their homes is critical to their survival on Earth. Alternative Spring Break 2015

This year, NJIT students performed community service for Alternative Spring Break. Hundreds of communities are benefited from clean-ups, repair, and enhancements to support organizations, agencies, parks, beaches, and other public spaces. Dedicate a couple of hours out of your spring break to make a difference. You might be able to make a difference in your hometown.
