People are finally talking about Goncharov again! I feel like my 12 year old self is finally vindicated. My dad's a film buff so I saw it when I was a kid which... Quite frankly may have been a mistake on his part. But he's also the man who showed me Heavy Metal when I was like 6 so it's all on brand.

I cannot tell you the Gaim damn heart break that is wanting to play Goncharov on the playground and no one knowing what the hell you're talking about. Then the confused attempts at explaining the web of Mafia intrigue and politics with a 12 year olds vocabulary.

I remember getting like halfway through trying to recount Andrei's full on mental breakdown in the sewers when my friends left to go play Transformers...
