備忘録的に

5月18日。できるだけ出来たことを中心に。 割と疲れを感じていると思う。 今日の朝、母に「洗濯物を溜めないで出してね。」と言われた。普通のことを言われただけではないかと思われるかもしれないのだが、これを言われるのは5回目か6回目か、あるいはもっとかもしれない。尚且つ、自分は毎日必ず洗濯物を洗濯機の中に入れているし、「毎日出してる。」と言われるたびに伝えているし、実際に毎日洗濯物を出してもいるのだ。 それぐらいのレベルでの徒労を感じている。 昼間に1時間半ほど昼寝をしたらだいぶ疲労が抜けて、心もきちんと・・・少なくとも目が覚めた状態にしようと思えた。 こういう小さい蓄積のようなものをきちんと足の先から地面に流すことができることが本当に大事。 私は感情ではない。一時の感情を感じている人間だ。 そのことを忘れないように、これからも生きていこう。 私は家族に恵まれたとは言えない。だから・・・と、順接の接続詞を使っていいものかと思う部分もなくはないのだが、誰かと一緒にいるのが幸せであるというか、誰かと共有したい、共にしたい、分かち合いたいという気持ちが中々起こらない。SNS全盛時代の倫理の1つでも��るとは思うのだが、幸せは共有しなければ、誰にも非難されることはないというのを、割と信じている。 私はSNSに依存しているとは思わないのだが、頼ってはいると思う。幸せな瞬間の共有も多少はする。が、説明はしない。くどくどと言葉で表すようなことはしないし、せいぜい私がどこで何を見たのか、それがどれだけ美しかったのかを、写真だけで伝えられるような芯のあるイメージというのだろうか。それを共有するにとどめている。 言葉で説明できないから写真にしているんだよ、という説得力が生まれたら、SNS上に写真を投稿するようにしている。また、写真をそういったSNSに投稿するのはあくまで自分のためだということを忘れないようにもしている。自分が見返して、ああ、あの時のこれはああだったなと思い出せればOKなのだ。備忘録的に。 母とはできるだけ距離を置くようにしている。一緒の空間にいないようにはしている。 それぐらいしかできることはないし、多分それでいいのだろうと思う。 Artful Dodgerのカバー"Think About Me"が完成した。今度こそ完成だと思って大丈夫だ。 ボーカルは1から録り直した。かなり言葉数が多くて早口にならざるを得ないところも、2度目の録音となると、割とスムーズに録音できた。また、ボーカル録りのときのマイクの音量をAudio I/Oの段階から音量を上げておき、Scarlett Solo 4th Gen のフィーチャーであるAirをオンにしたら、だいぶ綺麗に録音できたように思う。 工夫した箇所は他にもある。コーラスは1トラックにしたり、使っているボーカルの音質のキャラクターを変えたり、R&Bっぽい節回しとして半音、あるいは1度ぐらいルーズな聞こえ方をするよう音程を調整したりもした。 ミックスも前回のマスターよりはスッキリしたのではないかと思う。トラック数が多いとどうしても若干ダモダモするんだけどね。だいぶお聞かせできるクオリティーのものにはなったと思う。 最初はこのカバー曲もDistrokidからリリースするつもりでいたのだが、そうはしなかった。というのは、Distrokidにカバー曲を投げると、1ヶ月に1 USD、カバーソングのライセンス料を取られるのだそうだ。1年で12 USDで、配信を続ける限り、恒久的にかかる。シングルリリースしている曲の半数がカバー曲である私としては、これではどんどん負債が膨らんでいくだけだと思って、結局、カバー曲に関してはCD Babyを引き続き使うことにした。 Easy Song Licensingで一括で著作権使用料を払い、CD Babyで一括でシングル配信の料金を払った。それでも1曲のシングルを出すのに120 USDぐらいかかっているのだけどね。ただ、120 USD��ったら時間はかかってもどこかのタイミングで帳尻が合う日は来るだろう。ペイできる日は来るだろう。自分が生きている限り使用料を払い続けないといけないのはプレッシャーだ。 発売日は9月27日金曜日に設定した。楽しみではある。 元々のモチベーションの話をすれば、とにかく作りたい、作って作って発表し続けたいというところが満たされればあとは割とどうでも良かったのだ。そういうある意味純粋なモチベーションのところに最近、帰ってきている感じは多少していると思う。 まだ時間はあるのだが、7月の"Monday Love"、9月の"Think About Me"と作り置きはあるが、15秒のMVを完成させられていないというのがあるので、数週ぐらい使って、動画のイメージハンティングをして、できるだけTeaserを完成させておこうと思う。オリジナルの新曲はそのあとかなと思っている。多分・・・Afrobeatsで繋ぐと思う。気が向いたら美メロのUK Garageでもいいと思う。 今回、"Think About Me"で得られた収穫としては、Augmented StringsというArturiaの作った物理モデリングシンセがかなり使えることがあるのかなと思う。これからもUKG的な音源でも使っていきたい。 体組成計は伸び悩んでいる。先週は筋肉量 -0.8kg、体脂肪量 +0.4kg、今週は筋肉量 -0.2kg、体脂肪量 +0.2kgと出ている。フル尺の筋トレを再開させているので、少しずつでもまた上がっていければ。 寝よう。 また明日も書くと思う。 これを読んでくれた方もどうか素敵な週末を過ごしてもらえれば。
