The Young Professional (Estt.) position involves monitoring the functionality and performance of the iGot platform, collaborating with the IT team, assisting in the development of the e-HRMS 2.0 portal, and providing user training and documentation. The Young Professional (NCH & E-Dakhil) position involves assisting the National Consumer Helpline in tech and legal projects, coordination work, drafting legal documents, and researching violations.
