I love that this episode has (shippy) Sibling devotion hero lore. Fohl and Atla see this strange man who is some way connected. Atla says how similiar he felt to her brother. Of course its the hero that for everything he ever did it was for the sake of his beloved sister. The fact Fohl is considered much like him makes me love the ship even more.

And thats the end of the White Tiger Siblings episode. I love it a lot and have to read about them in the light novels now!

Lessa and her golden dragon Ramoth lept 500 years between to the past after The Red Star made its final pass and Pern was safe to bring all the dragons 500 years to the future. In her youth she was able to orchestrate the death of one of the most notable warlords Pern had ever seen and didn't even have to bloody her hands.

Menoly of the Harper Hall, from Anne McCaffreys Dragonsong trilogy. She fought against such oppressive family and authority just so she could do what she loved. Performing music.

Lara Croft. From Tomb Raider. I grew up with my whole family playing these games and while they were a huge challenge for me it was so fun to watch my siblings adventure through Lara. challenges

San, from Princess Mononoke. This movie influenced much of I am. San was unflinching in her drive to achieve her goal.

Red Ring Rico Tyrell from Phantasy Star Online. She was the first Hunter to go to Ragol and got possessed by the intergalactic extradimensional being, Dark Falz in the ancient ruins they found. Only to be saved by the player on Ultimate difficulty lv200.

Artesia Some Deikun from Mobile Suit Gundam. After hey father's assassination and losing her brother to the One Year War, she took up and to fight for what she believed was right. And was a pillar for that.

Atla Fayon from Rising if the Shield Hero. Her sacrifice and love permeates the rest of the story into its final moments of climax she remains ever present. She to was unwavering in her desires.

Yuuko the Space Witch. From various Clamp works. She's just a smoking hot timehopping, reality warping babe. Oof

Hermione Granger. She took no shit and was really the greatest witch (who should have gotten more credit for being so great)

SIbling Spotlight Fohl and Atla Fayon

I haven't done one of these in a while but basically its where i focus on a set of siblings in anime I really like who have great chemistry with familial and potential romance love, shippyness

From season 3 episode 3 of "The Rising of the Shield Hero" anime, it's titled "White Tiger Siblings" and when there are siblings in the title you know its gonna be a good one! These two are absolutely adorable.

Fohl and Atla have been kept captive as slaves, his sister Atla is gravely ill, and Fohl gets into these underground fights in order to earn money to pay for her medical needs. They both are saved and freed by the Shield Hero, and show their devotion right away. The sister assumes only her brother will be rescued for his value and strength but still smiles and asks that her brother is cared for. While Fohl passes the devotion test from Naofumi, asking him if he would be willing to spend the rest of his life paying back for the medication. Of course he passes with flying colors agreeing in a heartbeat. They both are so devoted and sweet together. And finally can be free and happier being saved.
