Az roots for whoever is in the lead. Lor is always for the underdog. Obviously one has consistently more fun than the other.

Elfebruary Day 1: “Dream”
A cool night breeze swept across Azatheralon’s skin. The blood elf blinked open his eyes, glancing over at the window. Perhaps he should have closed it last night? He pulled the blanket up to his chin and settled in again. Too late now. He was already much too cozy.
The light sound of footsteps approaching made his ears perk up, and he lifted his head. Loredhel stood in the doorway, his green eyes half-closed in sleepiness. He yawned and rubbed one eye with the back of his hand.
“Lor?” Azatheralon called to him softly. “Are you sleepwalking again?”
Loredhel shook his head. No. What was Minn’da like?”
Azatheralon was caught off guard by the question. “Ah… come up here, my Light.”
The young elf obliged and clumsily crawled onto the large bed. He settled in, snuggling up under the warm blankets. “I tell you about your mother all the time.” Azatheralon murmured, wrapping an arm around him.
“But what was she like?” Loredhel pressed.
Azatheralon hummed thoughtfully. “She was just like you.”
 “Like how?”
He smiled. “In almost every way, my Light. Not only do you look just like her, but you’re just alike on the inside, too. She was kind, and selfless... sensible. And so full of Light… the both of you.”
“She looked like me?” Loredhel tilted his head.
“Almost an exact copy.” Azatheralon agreed warmly.
“Mm.” Loredhel yawned again and closed his eyes, leaning his golden head on his father’s arm. “With a pretty white dress?”
A puzzled look passed across Azatheralon’s face momentarily. “Oftentimes, yes. Why do you ask?”
There was no response for several moments. Azatheralon had almost drifted off to sleep again when Loredhel spoke once more: “I saw her.”
His eyes flew open. “You what?”
Loredhel opened his eyes at the sharp tone in his voice, but exhaustion overcame him and his eyelids slowly dropped again. “I saw her. In my dream.”
Azatheralon sat up, slightly alarmed. “Lor, what are you talking about?”
“She told me… she was proud of me.” He sighed, his words almost lost as he drifted off again. “And you.”
Azatheralon sat frozen in place for a long while, listening to Loredhel’s gentle breathing. His own heart was racing, blood pounding in his ears. Could it really be…?
“Duri?” He whispered, then snorted and inwardly kicked himself. He willed himself not to invest so much in a small child’s dream. It had to be a coincidence. But, then again, Loredhel had always been strong with the Light. Perhaps that allowed him some sort of connection to Arduriel that he would never have himself? The elf grimaced. It was all so much to digest, especially at so late an hour.
He took a deep breath. “Thank you... for watching over him, Duri.” It was more to himself than anything; he felt ridiculous even speaking aloud to her like this. Shaking his head slightly, he continued. “And... me.”
He was met by silence, and he released a breath he hadn’t realized he had been holding. Of course there would be no answer. Why should there be?
Loredhel murmured something in his sleep, and Azatheralon pulled him closer. “I’m sorry, my Light. Did I wake you?”
Loredhel did not open his eyes, but simply smiled. “She says you’re welcome.”

Note
3, 11, 24, 27, and 37 for Lor!
3. What is/was your character’s relationship with their father like?  Hoo boy! You would.  Growing up with Azatheralon as a father was obviously rough. Az always tried his best to be a good role model in front of him, but who he was fundamentally never changed. When he was younger, Loredhel believed his father was perfect and could do no wrong. Az was happy to uphold that illusion for as long as possible, but it’s always going to be difficult when you finally realize that your heroes are only human. After starting down the path of a Paladin, Loredhel has been urging his father to redeem himself from all the wicked that he has done, but it seems unlikely that he ever will. There is definitely some chronic tension between them just from this; Lor believes Az can change, but Az is too set in his ways to believe it himself. Other than that stress, it’s nothing but love and respect.
11. In what situation was your character the most afraid they’ve ever been? A long while ago, while fighting back the Scourge in Northrend, Loredhel found himself in a group that forayed into Icecrown Citadel. He was unfortunately pushed into tanking, and was not terrible at it, but he took the role quite seriously. The poor boy couldn’t have been more than 12-13 years old at the time, but suddenly had the lives of more than twenty others resting on his shoulders. He struggled for a long time emotionally when he was unable to prevent the death of two of their party members, and still carries that weight with him today.
24. How quick is your character to trust someone else?  Fairly quickly! He’s realistic about his world view but is kind of naive when it comes to people’s intentions. If someone expresses good intentions, he’ll believe them 100%. If they flat out tell him they have evil intentions, He’s probably start monologuing about how they can’t possibly be all bad. In that same thread, it’s also quite easy to take advantage of him.
27. How does your character normally deal with confrontation? Loredhel will stand his ground, but refuse to escalate. He’s my little peacemaker. He loves to debate calmly and rationally, but the second it gets heated he’ll refuse to go any further. If the confrontation is between two other people, He’s likely to physically put himself between them to deescalate the situation.
37. Is your character more concerned with defending their honor, or protecting their status? Lor is a cinnamon roll. The poor baby just wants everyone to get along. If it meant he would lose all status and honor, he would sacrifice it all for the sake of the greater good (much to Azatheralon’s chagrin). But, if it comes down to it, his own honor is more important to him than his status.
