Day 22, - Free day: The most Heartfelt

Day 14 - Venat

During her travels as Azem, Venat stumbled upon a wounded child. She nursed them back to health and managed to find their closest living relative. When the time came to meet their new family, the child clung to her robes like a chick to their mother.

This is my Azem, Astaria.

Like Katina, she also fights with a sword and shield, specifically using concepts she learned from Venat. True to what we know about canon Azem, she's a fairly free spirit that generally does what she wants, but she will also fiercely protect anyone or anything she cares for.

I was in an Unsundered kick last night. On a lark I created the Ancient incarnation of my girl Neneru. I wanted to name that would go along with both the sound of her current incarnation's name and the general Greek mythological theming of Amaurot.

I ended up choosing Nemesis. Neneru's long arc these past few years has been centered on the struggle for justice for the poor and oppressed of Ul'dah and the struggle within herself as she discovered the human cost of her methods. Doing a deeper dive on the goddess Nemesis, suddenly I realized how perfect she is.

OH AND I DISCOVERED THAT WHILE I WAS DOING ALL THIS, IT WAS AZEM APRIL.

i talked a little bit about azems weapon (Alexikakos) [ here ]

Azem’s signature weapon (Alexikakos) was originally just a scythe, which was later modified through reverse-engineering to hold multiple weapons much like Venat’s armament Allegoria (but with Azem’s own colour preferences). Likewise, its concept was also not registered in the Bureau of the Architect. In scythe form, the aether blade can be dismissed for non-lethal combat. In its non-lethal form, the scythe can be physically transformed into a staff (the crook collapses to form the whm cane). Azem usually keeps it in staff/scythe form but summons the other weapons “merged” into the scythe/staff armament for use when required.

Alexikakos was destroyed in the sundering, and no traces of it remain.

Azem April day 1: Introduction

This era's Azem was called Eris before she took the title. Some say it suits her: her personality is brash and rough, often leading to conflicts. But she adores the star and those she holds dear: her two best friends, Emet-Selch and Hythlodaeus, her mentor, Venat, her nephew, Elidibus, and her sister, Hestia. She would do anything for them.

Day 18 - Crossover

unfortunately, i am a one piece enjoyer… i apologize to ace especially for drawing him so bad but i did not have the time nor energy to draw him good(i suck at drawing men lol)

i like those three as a trio though, i think they'd be good friends

Set: 21-24 (WIP)

Day 1: Introduction

“Not sure how active I will be for this Azem April but I will try lol. Anyway, meet Theia! He/Them. A Seer, a Parent, and the Convocation’s headache.”

Day 2: Eros

“Despite having a partner, Theia still pines for Hades. His wife, Hyperion, doesn’t mind it and is working with Hythlodaeus to get ‘both’ hades and Theia to admit their feelings. 

Day 3: Downtime

“Theia likes to spend time with family, which includes Hermes who is related to his wife, Hyperion (a cousin). He and his family drop by often to the point Hermes is used to their shenanigans. He would invite Themis, but time isn't always on their side.”

Day 4: Duty

“When Theia is on call, they take their duties very seriously. To the point where it can be called excessive.”

Day 5: Storge

“Theia raised his little brother, Themis, since he was an infant after their parents left for the star. Thus, they are close, and they are renowned for being mischievous when they are together. “

Day 6: Pandæmonium

“The reason why Theia creates tiny and 'out of the way' concepts. It is a concept that Theia created when he was young and had made to grow and sustain on aether. He hadn't realized to make it 'stop' growing however until it grew too large and it didn't help that it was aggressive towards everyone except Theia. Much to his grief, it was decided to be kept in Pandæmonium, where it could be watched and surveyed. Being a former traveling companion, Theia visits it on occasion. It greets them gleefully each time.”

Day 7: Hemitheos

“Kept researching it but all I could find is a fusion of essence between Ancient and a beast so I thought "why not Theia's concept from the previous post fuse?" so here we are! The arms represents Theia's refusal to let it go.”

Day 8: Free Day

“Decided to draw Theia with their first concept (which is from Day 6 and 7). Plus wanted to draw baby Theia lol. It became their traveling companion before they took the seat of Azem and Theia can see what it sees through his left eye.”

Day 9: Agape

“This was all I could think of lol. Sometimes being able to see the future isn't a blessed a gift everyone believes it to be.”

Day 10: Elements

“Theia is a natural mage and of course, prides themselves in black magicks. Specifically, Fire and Ice :D”
