alright it’s finally time to drop a super long in depth post about my idea for a total drama: all stars rewrite. :3

heroes: noah, mike, zoey, courtney, owen, dawn, brick

villains: alejandro, heather, gwen, duncan, jo, scott, anne maria

rest under the cut bc it’s a massive post LOL!

Show changes:

-Robot suit was a gag. Alejandro was definitely injured a bit after season three but the studio played it up way worse than it was. he got proper care after the season and agreed to the suit idea to be able to stay away from his family.

-Since it’s the 5th season the producers needed something new, so they made the island appear like it was mutated and such. they did a similar thing in season 4, but it’s way worse now. most of the mutants and such are actually just cgi or actors!

-that being said, a lot of the season is more scripted. this is partly because reality tv is really never honest and also a lot of the plots in the show simply don’t make sense, but would for the idea of views.

-Chris has a heart. not a big one, but it’s there.

Why characters were brought back for the season, with genuine thought behind it!

noah- fans were upset about his unfair elimination in world tour, was already a fan favorite before hand due to his snarky attitude and witty remarks.

mike- mike and zoey is one of the sweetest relationships in the show! his DID is different and makes for good ratings too, very much a popular “boy-next-door” people seem to like.

zoey- a strong player who was very popular within the female audience. lots of potential drama chris wants to use with other contestants such as mike and anne maria.

courtney- crazy good competitor for ratings. also, love triangle!

owen- fan favorite and always has been! he’s really there to be a silly guy.

dawn- her slightly unfair elimination brings a lot of drama with her, as well as being an interesting competitor too.

brick- surprisingly good at challenges, a good obstacle in the way for jo. chris enjoys embarrassing him as well.

alejandro- hello… season three villian? charming and ruthless, ofc he’s here. he was destroyed at the end of his season and chris is praying he’ll attempt to take revenge.

heather- kinda there for the giggles tbh. no one takes her seriously anymore, chris is curious how she’ll play now, especially seeing as she’s already won before.

gwen- love triangle, duh

duncan- love triangle, duh

jo- the planned villian of the season. very bossy and was a strong player in revenge, this is her second chance.

scott- mostly brought back for fang content as well as a hopeful rivalry with dawn. he’s just the right amount of stupid for reality tv according to chris.

anne maria- she’s so YYASSS here for slay factor and to drive a wedge between mike and zoey (backfires)! (as well as she was eliminated a bit unfairly)

scripted plots in the show:

-the love triangle. of course the love triangle is scripted. some of the feelings are real and based on similar events, but it’s stretched very far.

-an alejandro and noah rivalry. chris puts them up to it after the first episode, seeing as fans are dying for one. noah truly doesn’t care enough to have one for real, but likes the money, so he agrees to fake it. alejandro is very confused and a little irritated, but agrees as well.

-mal attempting to be a villian. when chris learns of mal he tells mike to try and play that up, even when mal isn’t fronting. mike is like “um. k” and mal is more or less an edgy teenager who thinks people are scared of him. definitely backfires on chris.

actual plots that happen naturally:

-noah and alejandro romance. it looks great on the show, the enemies to “best friends” troupe, but behind the cameras they go from indifferent to kinda into each other, being forced to spend so much time together.

-dawn and scott rivalry. chris was overjoyed when scott boasting to dawn and overall being a jackass finally got her to snap and declare she’d take him down.

-anne maria and zoey friendship! chris attempted to push them into fighting like they had the previous season, but the two ended up actually getting to know each other and getting over their old grievances!

now for all the episodes, what happens, and who is eliminated:

Episode 1:

each team must pick one competitor to ride in a baby carriage and be pushed around by the others. the others have to take turns diving into a lake and picking up different keys to race their “baby” to try and unlock the big house, versus the small cabin where the losers have to sleep:

heroes baby: noah

villains baby: anne maria

eliminated: duncan does not Give a Fuck. he’s actively trying to fail the entire challenge, so he obviously gets sent home when they lose!

Episode Two:

challenge: each team must search their half of the beach for seven different pieces of their statue they were assigned to piece together.

eliminated: owen was just so damn clumsy. he kept dropping the pieces or messing up the statue. when the heroes lost, it was sad but undeniable who had to go.

Episode Three:

challenge: teams must each take a paintball gun and attempt to take out as many of the opposing team members as possible.

eliminated: heather gets a little power crazy, and ends up hitting more of her team than the other when trying to snipe gwen. with her taking out the most players, her team has no choice but to send her home.

team swap!: anne maria protected zoey from a shot because she was concerned of her hair (she had let anne maria do it up in different way with her hairspray), while noah dove to hide behind brick when he thought he’d get hit. the two trade teams, anne maria is now a hero, and noah is a villian!

Episode Four:

challenge: a pancake eating competition plus a terrible obstacle course where contestants aren’t allowed to throw up. they must run the course until the pancake is gone, they have a minute every time they try to chow down.

eliminated: mike unfortunately gets the boot here. when the heroes lose, they all agree “mal” is just really Fucking Annoying and is a hindrance to the team. mike is kinda disappointed, but understands!

Episode Five:

challenge: with the “blue harvest moon” in effect, making all creatures and animals alike act their opposite, the teams must run a path along the side of the island and be the first to cross the finish line with everyone intact.

team swap (no elimination): courtney was voted out to go home, but chris makes a change to the teams and makes her a villian instead. no one goes home, although the heroes lost.

Episode Six:

challenge: the two teams must split up on boney island to collect as many mutant monster eggs as they can find. the first team to bring back seven unharmed eggs to their nest win.

eliminated: noah is sent to be voted off, when alejandro gives up an immunity idol he found in favor of him being saved. gwen is booted instead, having the second most votes as both boys predicted the outcome.

Episode Seven:

challenge: members from each team must take turns spinning a wheel, that will conveniently land on their worst fear, which they must then fight in a fight similar to a boxing match.

eliminated: scott could just not stand up to fang, and drops out due to medical injuries. nothing too serious, but chris didn’t see a problem with letting him go as he was set up to go home soon anyways.

Episode Eight:

challenge: with the teams now merged, its every contestant for themself. each player must take a boat across the island, and be the first player to cross the finish line, all the while dodging the obstacles chris has in place.

immunity: jo

eliminated: anne maria didn’t make it too far, even with the help from zoey, dawn, and brick. the villains never liked her too much anyways, and the heroes knew she held them back. it was an easy vote, and she took it with surprising grace (in front of the cameras at least)

Episode Nine:

challenge: chris is kidnapped by zeke, apparently. the kids are all sent down into shifty mines by chef, ordered to find chris and bring him back unharmed, as well as to stop zeke.

immunity: noah (given to alejandro)

eliminated: noah goes out with a bang, and by that i mean he quits. alejandro and him help save chris, and noah demands he allow him to leave the show and null any and all current and future contracts he has on him because he just saved his life. chris agrees, not that he has much choice.

Episode Ten:

challenge: another obstacle course… yay. this one being much more deadly, mocking chefs boot camp from season one. each remaining player must strap a heavy pack on their back, told a penalty will be received if they remove it at any point. first to cross the finish line wins.

immunity: jo

eliminated: courtney is voted off in a mutual agreement of the others. she’s too strong of a player, and too goddamn annoying, especially with gwen gone. it was an easy choice, though courtney was not very happy about it.

Episode Eleven:

challenge: the last contestants are forced to run around the island making ice cream sundaes for chris’ interns to eat. when they return, they’re forced to eat their own bowls instead!

immunity: dawn

eliminated: jo prioritizes speed over accuracy, and pays the price for it. she attempts to scarf down the mess of dirt she has in her bowl, but fails. with a lack of immunity, alejandro agrees with the three heroes to vote her off.

Episode Twelve:

challenge: the final four are each given a treasure to hunt down and retrieve around the island somewhere. the first to make it back with their item intact wins a straight shot to the finale, while the last person is immediately voted off. the winner also gets to choose who they take to the finale.

immunity: zoey

eliminated: brick unfortunately loses and does not retrieve his treasure in time, eliminating him immediately. zoey chooses to take dawn to the finale with her, saying she “always did want a friendship finale!” alejandro understands the sentiment, and is eliminated.

Episode Thirteen:

finalists: dawn and zoey

challenge: players are forced to face each other in a race to climb a moat of several layers, each one having a new challenge to face. they each get to pick two previous contestants to help them!

zoey’s helpers: gwen and mike

dawn’s helpers: brick and alejandro

eliminated: at the end, both girls are required to pull a sword out of a stone, the first to do so wins the show. dawn trips near the sword and zoey darts past her, pulling out the sword and immediately dropping it to help dawn up.

winner: ZOEY!

i wrote this a couple months back and thought it would be fun to share… i also imagine some gwourtney going on behind the scenes of the show but it would be hard to implicate due to chris having them scripted to fight all the time, even with duncan eliminated immediately.

It's erotic. Plus, she's beautiful to look at in both black & white and technicolor, and the more of her films you see, the more you can't help but fall in love!
