AVA NOAH FRIENDSHIP!

Noah ist frustriert: Aufgrund der Streitigkeiten zwischen den Schatzsuche-Teams will niemand mit ihm zusammenarbeiten. Doch dann hat er aufgrund einer Bemerkung von Ava DIE Idee: Der Konflikt zwischen den Teams ist der Film!

Ava hat Zweifel. Sie will nicht drei Monate vom Einstein weg sein, um den Film zu drehen, will aber auch Patrick nicht enttäuschen.

Massuda hat einen Nervenzusammenbruch, weil sie durch ein Gespräch mit Hauser gemerkt hat, dass ihr die Landesmeisterschaften nichts bedeutet, sondern sie einfach nur ihren Eltern gefallen will. Elly versucht sie zu trösten, kann ihre Probleme aber einfach nicht nachempfinden.

Gegen Ende scheint das Writing wieder Fahrt aufzunehmen. Bin bisher wirklich positiv überrascht.

Ava geht alleine joggen und kriegt einen Nervenzusammenbruch. Langsam hatten diese Staffel fast alle mindestens einen.

Ava hat sich entschieden: Sie will den Film nicht drehen und erzählt das auch ihrem Bruder. Außerdem gesteht sie ihm, dass er seine Rolle nur wegen ihr gekriegt hat. Patricks Reaktion: "So eine Scheiße" *haut ab*. PATRICK EILERS DU BIST GECANCELT!

SIMON KOMMT UM SIE ZU TRÖSTEN???????????

Simon: "Große Brüder können sau anstrengend sein. Die glauben, sie wären groß, nur weil sie ein paar Jahre älter sind. Aber am Ende muss man sich um sie kümmern." Simon Redemption Arc?

Massuda erzählt Elly von ihrem Problemen mit ihren Eltern. Die wissen nämlich nicht, wie sie wirklich ist. Stattdessen machen sie sich über Leute wie sie lustig. Also will sie jetzt versuchen, ohne die Hilfe ihrer Eltern zur BeautyCon zu fahren.

Patrick und Ava sprechen sich aus. Patrick erkennt, dass der Tanzfilm nicht Avas Traum, sondern sein Traum war. Er will nur, dass Ava ihm einen Gefallen tut: Sie soll ab jetzt immer gleich mit ihm über so etwas reden. Ava will weiter zusammen mit ihrem Bruder tanzen, allerdings ohne Publikum und ohne Applaus. Patrick Eilers ist NICHT mehr gecancelt.

Chiara hintergeht Joshua und gibt Maxi vor seinen (und Noahs) Augen ihr Stück der Schatzkarte. Top 10 Anime Betrayals!

Diese Folgen waren so GUT! Auch wenn ich Joel immer noch vermisse.

Being of Nigerian and Ethiopian descent, what are your favorite things about the culture of those countries?

Wow what a question. I wouldn’t consider myself being of descent from these two countries, it feels so distant and they live quite close to my heart. I used to drive through Lagos with my family when we were living in Benin, and there was just this unison heartbeat throughout the city, like it was a throbbing wound. It felt exciting and electric. You feel it in the music and you can taste it in the food, this rush. I don’t know how to explain it, but that is one of my favorite parts of existing in Nigeria (because that is how I would describe it). That, and Naija slang, it is unparalleled and melodic. Whenever I read or hear Pidgin I feel that same heartbeat. It is also slowly making its way into international vernacular, something both thrilling and frightening. The history of Ethiopia for me is just mesmerizing, how in depth and far back it goes, the traditions and rituals and the meaning infused into everything makes living this value-laden experience. The food is magical and the jazz is unmatched. But the coffee and the ceremony around it is my favorite, partly because of the nostalgia of being in Addis at home and smelling the beans roasting in the living room. One of those olfactory memories that is logged in my brain forever.
