Hikaru’s mom compilation. 3 times she shows up. Outside of this- I think she’s mentioned three times: cut up some watermelon, one of the reasons Hikaru doesn’t want to die, and then to say she, along with the hikaru’s grandma, doesn’t know anything about Hichi-san.

It doesn’t really matter what the person he falls in love with thinks #All wrapped up with a little bow saying it’s for their safety so that’s why he has to place his own feelings above theirs #And I very much doubt they’d be allowed to divorce. Marry young and quick and marry forever #Of course the answer to why the women are excluded is misogyny but like- an in universe discussion around it would be nice #Real post in the tags #per usual
