What is Ragtag Misfits?

Ragtag Misfits is a historical fantasy comic on Webtoon Canvas set in South Asia of the 4th Century BCE. The story starts with a wandering monk who is just trying his best to live a peaceful life as his truest self. Turns out that is really hard to do if you live in a godforsaken era of warring states with constant conflict. Follow the journey of a seemingly ordinary guy through the ancient kingdom of Magadh as he gets dragged into a web of lies, deception, and treachery woven by forces both human and supernatural. When does it update?

Ragtag Misfits updates EVERY WEEK! New chapter goes up on Wednesdays 9 PM Eastern Time. I post an update here on Tumblr shortly after. All chapter updates are tagged #ragtag misfits chapter update and I bump it the next day as well- feel free to follow the tag or this blog!

Why are the chapters so short?

It's what I can draw in a week usually 🤷‍♀️ I'm not a professional artist, I'm doing this only cause there's a story in my mind that I want to tell people. It's either long chapters and longer wait times or short updates and shorter wait times. I'm choosing to move the story faster through shorter wait times 😕 While that may change in future depending on my day job and overall reception of the series, this is the best I can do for something I'm doing in my own time without any compensation beyond a few kind words 😕 I do like ending chapters on some cliffhanger or a final note so that it does make you feel wanting for more yet not incomplete so that's on me.....sorry!
