「本来であれば、見回りのために車に乗って現場まで行き、担当者と話し、また事務所まで戻ってこないといけませんが、それだけで20分ほどかかってしまいます。しかし現在は、映像を確認しながら、1～2分BONX WORKで話すだけで済んでいるので、30%程度は時間の削減になっていると思います」（小穴氏） （写真）現場の様子 （写真）「Safie Pocket2 Plus」を設置した重機 「Safie Pocket2 Plus」を設置した重機。運転席の右側に下向きに設置。作業状況がよくわかるように角度を調整したという 映像は、作業工数の把握にも利用している。「過去の映像を巻き戻して、その作業に何人で何時間かかったのかを把握しています。これまでは作業場所にずっと滞在し、メモを取りながら見ていないと把握できませんでした。現在は、事前の打ち合わせによりその日の作業内容はだいたいわかるので、1週間後に終わったという報告を受けた場合、作業開始日から1週間後の映像を再生していつ完了したのかを確認し、『この工事に5日間かかっている』といったことが事務所にいながら把握できます」（小穴氏） そのほか、夜間や休日に大雨が降った場合には、休みの日であっても写真撮りに現場に行くことがあったが、現在は、録画を巻き戻して確認し、写真を撮って送付して、今後の対応を作業員に指示することも行っている。 （写真）建設現場に設置された排水ポンプ 建設現場に設置された排水ポンプ。大雨の際には、排水が追い付いているか確認しているという チャットツールで円滑なコミュニケーションとスケジュール管理を実現 また、同社では2020年8月にチャットツール「direct」を全社導入している。directを使うメリットについて小穴氏は、「メールだと見忘れる、埋もれる、CCを付けないと共有されませんが、directは、CCを付けなくても送信すれば、強制的にメンバー間で共有されます。それが一番だと思います」と語る。 （キャプチャ）現場の状況をdirectを介して確認している様子 現場の状況をdirectを介して確認している様子 同社でDXを推進している西松建設株式会社 DX戦略室 デジタル技術革新部 スマート現場推進課 土井智矢氏も、「directは写真を撮ってその場で送信し、メッセージのやり取りができるため、協力業者の皆様とのコミュニケーションが円滑になり、情報共有もスムーズになりました」と話す。 （写真）西松建設株式会社 DX戦略室 デジタル技術革新部 スマート現場推進課 土井智矢氏 西松建設株式会社 DX戦略室 デジタル技術革新部 スマート現場推進課 土井智矢氏 また、「direct」のスケジュール機能は外部の商社やレンタル会社と共有できるので、資材の入荷日や重機の搬入タイミングが把握しやすいという。 （写真）directのスケジュールのイメージ画面 資材搬入予定を共有しているdirectのスケジュールのイメージ画面 「商社さんに『この材料を何月何日に入れてください』と弊社の担当がメールすると、『何日に入荷できます』と返信が来ますが、上司や所長のアドレスをCCに入れないこともあるので、担当者しか把握できていないといったケースもあります。担当者が休んだり、報告を忘れると、突然、資材や重機が入ってくることになるので、上司は突発的な対応を余儀なくされます。directは外部業者も招待でき、スケジュールに入荷日を入れると、事前にメンバー間で情報が共有されます。それにより、『そんな話は聞いていない』という状況がなくなりました」（小穴氏） さらなる効率アップに向け、アプリ連携を実現 仙台の現場ではクラウドカメラ「Safie」によるリモート管理、チャットツール「direct」やBONX WORKでの円滑なコミュニケーションを実現しているが、西松建設では、MODEの「BizStack」を導入し、アプリデータを連携することで、さらなる効率アップを図ろうとしている。 「どうしてもアプリが多くなってくると、個別にログインして利用しなければならないという煩わしさがあります。事務所であればパソコンがあるので、複数のアプリを開いて利用することもできますが、外出先では、スマホとタブレットしかありませんので、情報を統一して確認することが難しい面があります。セーフィーさんやL is Bさんに、統一を要望しても、われわれの個別の要望に応えてもらうのは難しいと思います。そこで、MODEさんに相談したところ、BizStackを使えば、実現できるという回答をいただきました」（小穴氏） MODEでは、セーフィーのクラウドカメラの映像のほか、ドローンを飛ばして撮影した写真、各種センサの値などをBizStack上に統合し、directやMODEの生成AIソリューションであるBizStack Assistantからアクセスできるようにした。こ���することで、外出先でもスマホ・タブレットを使って、スムーズに状況確認や作業指示が行える。従来の煩雑なアプリ切り替えや手動検索の手間が大幅に軽減され、作業効率が50%向上したという。 （図）今後の活用イメージ 今後、BizStackでさまざまなデータを統合し、チャットによりそれらの情報を確認できるようにする 「『何々のカメラを見せて』とチャットツールで指示すると、その映像が一瞬で出てくる世界を目指しています」（小穴氏） 連携機能は、複数のフェーズに分けてリリースされる。 2024年11月にリリースされたフェーズ1では、クラウドカメラ「Safie」の映像がBizStack Assistantやdirectから確認できるようになるほか、Safie Pocket2 PlusのGPS情報をBizStack コンソール上に表示して、その重機がどこにいるのかを可視化する。 directのPC UI画面 directのPC UI画面 BizStack Assistantで呼び出されたオペレーター視点の動画 BizStack Assistantで呼び出されたオペレーター視点の動画 BizStackのダッシュボード BizStackのダッシュボード Safie Pocket2 PlusのGPS情報をBizStack コンソール上に表示したイメージ Safie Pocket2 PlusのGPS情報をBizStack コンソール上に表示したイメージ さらにフェーズ2として、2025年にはBONX WORKとBizStack Assistantが連携される。そして、将来的には、3次元点群生成サービスと連携し、リアルタイムデジタルツインを実現する予定だ。 「建機の位置情報を把握することでさらなる効率向上を実現を目指しています。Safie Pocket2 PlusのGPS情報をBizStackと連携することで重機がどこにあるのか確認できるようにし、同じ地図上に航空写真や設計図面を表示しようとしています。さらにBONX WORKとの連携では、カメラ映像を音声で呼び出せるようにしたいと思っています」（小穴氏） また土井氏も、「BONX WORKからBizStack Assistantにアクセスするときには、生成AIがインターフェースになりますが、そこに付いてくるのがハルシネーション（AIが事実とは異なった情報や、存在しない情報を生成すること）の問題です。受け取った情報をそのまま施工管理には使えない場合もあるので、受け取る情報が重要であればあるほど、きちんと元データを確認する必要があります。今後、BizStackによる連携が実現されれば、directに出力されたデータを確認して、情報の正確さを担保した上で施工を進めることを想定しています。」と話す。BizStack AssistantはIoT技術により取得した現実の情報が基になるため、ハルシネーションが起こりにくい。さらに土井氏は「MODEさんは開発にスピード感があり、時代を先取りしたサービスも提供されており、スタートアップらしく、小回りの利く対応をしてもらい助かっています」と語る。 小穴氏は、さらに今後の建設現場におけるDX実現の展望を語った。 「やはり、直感的に使いやすいシステムだと、現場作業員への利用促進も早いと思います。MODEさんから未来のイメージ図を見せられたとき、『これだ』と思いました。事務所のモニターに、すべての重機と作業員の位置、360度の視野のカメラの映像が映し出されている世界。MODEさんには、それをゴールに今後も伴走をお願いしたいと思っています」と、MODEのデータ連携に期待を寄せた。
