Bluboo S1 Review | Product Introduction

Bluboo S1 joins the ultra slim bezel free wave of smartphones, following Xiaom’s Mi Mix launch,Doogee and few other small size Chinese phone manufacturers. Also sometimes called border-less device. This new phone is not a Mix killer, nor has a back cover ceramic coating. Its a more lighter version with a lower price tag and above decent specifications suitable for average users and above in terms of performance. The phone features a Mediatek MTK Helio P25 SoC, powered with an Octa Core Processor operating in maximum frequency of 2.5 GHz and ARM Mali-T880 MP2 GPU.

Bluboo S1 is available in two versions, a lite basic version with different memory and storage combinations, either 4 GB RAM / 64 GB internal storage or the advanced one with 6 GB RAM / 128 GB internal storage. As for additional hardware specifications, the S1 (basic version) runs the new android 7.0 Nougat OS, it comes with a 5.5 inch HD Display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection, 4GB RAM , 64GB eMMC storage, External expansion Card supporting up to 256GB of space, Dual rear camera (16.0MP+3.0MP) with dual flash, front facing 8MP camera, and 3500 mAh Li-polymer Battery that according to company should provide of 6-7 hours of on screen time. For those who wonder if device comes with gyroscope and magnetometer sensors then the answer is YES. To simplify things, both sensors are very important for online and also offline navigation, including rotation of the map according to the rout and user prospective.

1. Màn hình LCD

LCD (Liquid Crystal Display – màn hình tinh thể lỏng) là một công nghệ màn hình thường được sử dụng trên nhiều thiết bị. Màn hình LCD không tự tạo ánh sáng mà phải nhờ đến đèn nền để phát sáng.

Mật độ của màn hình LCD rất thấp vì vậy trong ánh sáng mặt trời màu sắc xuất hiện rất kém. Chất lượng của màn hình LCD thay đổi tùy theo quá trình sản xuất và sử dụng, hầu hết các màn hình trên điện thoại giá rẻ hiện nay điều được làm từ màn hình LCD cung cấp màu sắc và góc nhìn rất hẹp.

2. Màn hình TFT – LCD

Màn hình TFT (Thin Film Transistor – bóng bán dẫn dạng phim mỏng) bắt đầu được đưa vào smartphone vào năm 2005, có khả năng tái tạo màu tốt hơn và độ phân giải hình ảnh cao hơn so với các màn hình LCD thế hệ trước đó. Do chi phí sản xuất màn hình TFT đã giảm đáng kể từ sau 2005, công nghệ màn hình này đã xuất hiện phổ biến trên điện thoại cơ bản và smartphone giá thấp.

Tuy nhiên, yếu điểm của màn hình TFT-LCD là góc nhìn không rộng. Điều này nghĩa là bạn phải nhìn thẳng vào màn hình mới thấy được hình ảnh rõ nét. Bên cạnh đó, tiêu hao pin của màn hình TFT-LCD khá cao khi so sánh với những công nghệ màn hình mới gần đây.

3. Màn hình Super LCD

Super LCD là phiên bản nâng cấp đặc biệt của TFT-LCD được biết đến như là đối thủ của màn hình AMOLED, Super LCD có độ tương phản tốt hơn, màu sắc sinh động hơn và hiển thị dưới ánh sáng mặt trời dễ nhìn hơn so với màn hình AMOLED. Tuy nhiên, màn hình này hao pin hơn so với màn hình AMOLED và có độ sáng thấp hơn.

4. Màn hình IPS LCD

Màn hình IPS bao gồm những thành phần đặc trưng của LCD, tuy nhiên điểm khác biệt của màn hình này là các lớp tinh thể lỏng giờ đây được xếp theo hàng ngang (đây là nguồn gốc của cụm từ “In Plane”) song song với 2 lớp kính phân cực ở trên và dưới thay vì vuông góc. Sự thay đổi này làm giảm lượng ánh sáng tán xạ, cung cấp góc nhìn rộng và tái tạo màu sắc tốt.

Màn hình IPS hiển thị hình ảnh với gam màu rộng hơn, thường được sử dụng trong các thiết bị cao cấp, rất thích hợp cho thiết kế đồ họa vốn đòi hỏi khắt khe về chất lượng hiển thị, ngoài ra màn hình IPS còn cung cấp góc nhìn lên tới 178 độ so với phương ngang, điều này có nghĩa là người dùng không nhất thiết phải ngồi trực diện vẫn có thể trải nghiệm hết chất lượng của hình ảnh.

5. Màn hình LED-backlit IPS LCD

LED-backlit IPS LCD ra đời dựa trên sự kết hợp giữa LCD, LED-Backlit và công nghệ tấm nền IPS. Nói đơn giản thì nó là công nghệ dùng nhiều pixel nén trên màn hình LED-Blacklit có góc nhìn lớn hơn nhờ tấm nền IPS (In-Plane Switching). Các đại diện nổi tiếng sử dụng công nghệ này có thể kể đến như iPad mini 1,2,3, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus.

6. IPS Quantum (màn hình IPS lượng tử)

IPS Quantum được LG áp dụng lên siêu phẩm G4, thực chất là công nghệ hiển thị mà các hãng phim đang hợp tác cùng sử dụng có tên DCI (Digital Cinema Initiatives). Với mong muốn chuẩn hóa về mặt kĩ thuật nên những tên tuổi lớn như Disney, Paramount, Sony và 20th Century Fox đã cùng nhau thành lập một tiêu chuẩn là DCI. Công nghệ này tập trung vào việc hiển thị những màu sắc mà mắt người dễ nắm bắt nhất là màu đỏ và xanh lam, tạo ra tỉ lệ hiển thị tốt nhất.

Một màn hình theo đúng chuẩn DCI có giá trên 6000 USD trong khi màn hình của G4 đạt tỉ lệ 98% so với tiêu chuẩn DCI, độ chân thực đạt 98%.

Họ dùng một loại vật liệu mới có tên Negative LC trong quá trình chế tạo tấm nền LCD để tăng độ sáng thêm 25%, hoán đổi tinh chất phốt pho để làm màu đỏ và xanh lục. Tóm lại là phần ánh sáng xanh lam đã được thay đổi trong quá trình tạo ra các pixel của 3 màu cơ bản. Kết quả là độ chính xác màu sắc được tăng cường và màn hình IPS LCD của LG có khả năng thể hiện màu đen giống như màn hình AMOLED.

7. Màn hình OLED

OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) là một diode phát sáng (LED), trong đó lớp phát ra ánh sáng được làm bằng hợp chất hữu cơ. Một màn hình OLED không yêu cầu đèn nền, do đó nó làm giảm điện năng tiêu thụ cũng như hiển thị màu đen tốt hơn và không giống như màn hình LCD. Một trong những lợi thế của màn hình OLED là màu sắc sống động, góc nhìn rộng hơn, cải thiện độ sáng và hiệu quả năng lượng tốt hơn.

8. Màn hình AMOLED

AMOLED là viết tắt của cụm từ “Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode”, tạm dịch là “đi-ốt phát sáng hữu cơ ma trận động”. Công nghệ này là một trong những công nghệ màn hình mới có nhiều ưu thế và được đánh giá sẽ thay thế màn hình TFT. Màn hình AMOLED hiển thị rực rỡ hơn màn hình TFT và tiêu thụ điện thấp hơn.

So với TFT, màn hình AMOLED có khả năng tái tạo màu rõ nét và sống động hơn, độ nét cao hơn, màu đen đậm hơn (độ tương phản cao hơn) và góc nhìn rộng hơn. Ngoài ra, AMOLED cũng nhẹ hơn so với màn hình TFT, giúp giảm trọng lượng của điện thoại. Nhưng màn hình này cũng có yếu điểm là hiển thị hình ảnh khá kém dưới ánh sáng mặt trời. Màn hình AMOLED hiện xuất hiện các smartphone cao cấp của Samsung, HTC và Nokia.

9. Super AMOLED

Đây là phiên bản khác của màn hình AMOLED do Samsung phát triển. Bằng cách kết hợp màn cảm ứng (touch panel) và lớp kính trên cùng, Samsung đã tạo ra màn hình có màu sắc nổi bật hơn so với các màn hình AMOLED thông thường và có khả năng hiển thị rõ hơn dưới ánh sáng mặt trời. Công nghệ màn hình này đã được đưa vào các smartphone cao cấp của Samsung như Galaxy S.

10. Super AMOLED Plus

Công nghệ này lần đầu tiên được sử dụng trên chiếc Galaxy S II của Samsung. Điểm khác biệt lớn nhất của công nghệ này là việc cấu trúc lại các điểm ảnh phụ, giúp nó gần giống với màn hình LCD, đồng nghĩa với việc hình ảnh hiển thị rõ ràng và sắc nét hơn.

11. Super AMOLED HD

Đây là thuật ngữ do Samsung tạo ra, đơn giản chỉ là một bản độ phân giải cao (720 x 1.280 pixel hoặc cao hơn) của màn hình Super AMOLED. Hiện tại, Samsung đã từ bỏ loại màn hình Super AMOLED Plus và quay trở lại công nghệ Super AMOLED và nâng lên chuẩn HD. Loại màn hình này được sử dụng trên chiếc Galaxy Note và Galaxy S III của hãng.

12. Màn hình Retina

Retina là một thuật ngữ mang đậm tính marketing của Apple, nhằm chỉ loại màn hình IPS-LCD có mật độ điểm ảnh cao đến mức mắt thường của người không thể phân biệt được từng điểm ảnh riêng biệt ở góc nhìn thông thường.
