I can just see some poor, unsuspecting rebellion leader going “I have a very dangerous mission that will require the utmost stealth and agility and a team of 10 to pull off”

And Rex going “I know just the team, give me a 2-seater starfighter that you don’t care if you lose”

And the poor rebel leader going ?????? As Rex continues, “meet my little big sister and our brother, he taught her how to taunt the Empire like an ARC before she was even 4 feet tall. Meanwhile, she’s been a stealthy little thing since before we were taken out of our tubes. Come back safely! See you two in a few hours!”

Why do I get the feeling that the first thing Rex says to Omega when they connect in the Rebellion is either:

*in complete amusement* “Well, here comes trouble.”

Or:

*with no small amount of well-earned concern and panic* “Do your brothers know you’re here?”

Mandalorians and Jedi don´t mix well, so much is clear. But the Clone Wars overthrow the Rules of the Galaxy and across the GAR, Jedi find themselves drawn into the mandalorian Circles their Men frequent. Obi-Wan Kenobi finds himself tasked with helping two old Flames running the Mando'ade, while his old Padawan discoveres Things that throw everything he thought he knew into Doubt. Captain Rex just wants his Family to make it through the War without major Casualties. Given Kheeli´s Tendencies to land in Medbay and his older Siblings´ Knack for Chaos, he doesn´t have very high Hopes. Clan Wren is doing what they do best: ruining the Plans of Demagolka, Dark Side be damned.

Or: Anakin has a Twin Sister that is raised mandalorian. Things derail from there.
