Extra classes are a luxury is probably a true statement but I would be lying if I didnt say Jeanne made my life with CQs way easier before Castoria

People always shat on her because of her bad np gain but if you put prisma cosmos on her she gets her np every 3/4 turns

For reference, Merlin’s 2nd skill which is also a partywide invul has a 7t cooldown

So yeah her np gain isnt great but that isnt important because she’s still gonna repeat her np before Merlin gets his 2nd skill back

Not that any of this matters anymore because of Castoria though but add her stun in this and you can tell why she was an absolute life saver to me in CQs

Satisfied with my FGO JP support list as of now.

Support 1

Nero Bride + MLB Black Grail: Basically my strongest unit. With this CE all you need to concern yourself with is to have her NP to clear each boss hp bar.

Nero: Mainly for farming. I give her Nero CE that has 50% starting charge. With her append skill 2 maxed she can NP right away using her Skill 1. Tempted to give her CE that is more Solo/CQ oriented but I'll think about it later.

Arjuna: For farming. His append 2 is maxed so with Kaleido he can NP right away.

Romulus Quirinus: Farming. MLB kaleido means he can fire his NP without using his charge skill.

Iskandar: Farming. More or less same as above.

Caster Nero: Farming. Giving her Martha CE for more damage, albeit a bit unecessary due to her max np level.

Semiramis: Farming, though she desperately need an upgrade. Her NP damage is weak and her only steroid is conditional.

Morgan: Farming. Giving her Bunyan CE to boost her NP damage. Though I'm thinking to give her the jalter CE instead since her other use is that she can reliably crits.

Douman: Farming. His append 2 is maxed so he can NP right away with just normal kaleido.

Support 2

Reines: Mainly for CQ. I give her MLB prisma cosmos so that she can NP often. Her overcharge buff from her NP is perfect complement for Casturia.

Benienma: CQ. The reason I put her in my support list is because her partywide buff cancel resist can be extremely valuable. For the CE I'm a bit stumped what to give her so I'll just give her NP gain+ 40% charge to give her more unique purpose.

Moriarty: CQ. Golden Carp CE for star burst seems decent on him. Maybe I should give him crit damage oriented CE though.

Scathach: Both CQ and Farming irregular nodes. Normal kaleido should work since she has 20% charge on her skill.

Maid alter: C'mon, Kerry CE is perfect for her.

Casturia: Amakusa CE gives 2+ overcharge bonus for 3 times. Its amazing CE for her. Only thing that can rival its usefulness is MLB prisma cosmos.

King Hassan: He has no charge skill so MLB kaleido is good for him

Cu alter: Same as above.

Oberon: Dunno what to give him so I figure might as well give him the bond CE.

Support 3

Merlin: His own passive NP regen + MLB prisma cosmos is an amazing combo. Add the regen from his NP and it just... Whew.

Musashi: Same explanation as King Hassan

Emiya: Golden carp to make use for his crit damage skill.

Enkidu: Same as Musashi

Habetrot: For QP farming. I maxed her append 2 so she can NP right away with her skill.

Sanzang: Thanks to her 80% charge skill, she only need 20% charge (cough Merlin cough) to NP right away. Maybe I should unlock her append 2...

Osakabehime: Tbh I'm having second thought whether I should put Jack instead. Anyway MLB prisma cosmos so that she can NP often.

Summer Musashi: Her append 2 is maxed so she can NP with just normal kaleido.

Sherlock: Thanks to his recent upgrade, he can NP right away with just 50% charger CE. Golden Carp seems good for him since he also crit support/ crit dps. Also hey I equipped him with the same CE as Moriarty.

Destacan implementación de Cosmos durante el Festival Internacional Oracle

A través del CQ-CIAS, Querétaro tuvo una participación internacional en el Oracle Fest 2022 ¡Bienvenido al futuro! en el que se presentaron las experiencias de implementar y desarrollar el modelo de gestión Cosmos durante los últimos seis años, mediante un mecanismo de coordinación institucional efectiva. El director del CQ-CIAS, Pedro Toscuento González y el asesor de Políticas Públicas, Juan Martín Granados Torres, fueron los encargados de exponer los estándares de actuación de Cosmos, regulados en la legalidad y sus operadores hablando el mismo lenguaje.

De igual forma, compartieron que en la entidad la tecnología no es solo un instrumento para potenciar la capacidad natural de los operadores, puesto que, en la práctica queretana, es un elemento sistémico de la justicia penal y seguridad, para que cada funcionario trabaje en favor de solucionar los problemas y demandas de la ciudadanía, acortando los procesos y agilizando los trámites mediante dispositivos electrónicos. El festival de tecnología e innovación de Oracle reunió al menos a 68 oradores en los dos días del evento que se transmitió vía streaming, en donde se expusieron temas que son tendencia mundial como lo es el retail, manufactura, servicios financieros, comunicaciones y ciberseguridad.

Entre los invitados estelares estuvo James Cameron, aclamado cineasta, explorador y defensor del ambiente, siendo director, guionista y productor responsable de películas memorables como Avatar. Orcale 2022, es un festival gratuito y digital en donde se realizaron ponencias y conversatorios sobre las principales tendencias de la industria y temas relevantes vinculados a los pilares de “Mundo”, “Negocios” y “Personas”, durante el 26 y 27 de julio.
