I wanted to ask, how did Chaos become so cool in Hangin out?

Cream couldn't find Cheese at one point, and wandered off to find Cheese sitting next to Chaos, who was kinda moping after the events of Sonic Adventure. Chaos was already fairly cognizant and intelligent, but kinda a blank slate and unaware of how the modern world worked. Vanilla agreed to get Chaos on their feet, and teach them some things about formal wear, etiquette, etc. In a sense, Vanilla kinda ""raised"" Chaos, during which they became friends with different members of the main cast, particularly Cream, Rouge, and Amy. Chaos imprinted on them, and quickly adapted a new persona as a combination of the different traits they absorbed from other characters. Hence, Chaos -> Chasey.

Chasey can even fly with her.. head-tentacles, but tires way sooner than Cream or Vanilla.
