Position Name: Junior Analyst (Physico -Chemical Analysis)

No. of Positions: 01

Age Limit: 32 yrs

Monthly Remuneration: Rs 35,000/-

Essential Qualification: A candidate with M.Sc in Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Biochemistry Food Science and Food Science and Technology with a minimum of 55% marks.

Experience: About 3 years experience of working in any food testing laboratory of repute out of which at least one year of working in a NABL accredited (or equivalent accredited) laboratory with relevant knowledge and expertise in. Operation of sophisticated Analytical Instruments; GC, HPLC, AAS, UV-Vis, FT-IR for their application for equality evaluation 85 safety of food products.

Chemical analysis of food products

Preparation of SOPS and other quality documents for NABL

Analytical method validation

Uncertainty calculations, participation

Position Name: Junior Analyst (Microbiological Analysis)

No. of Positions: 01

Age Limit: 32 yrs

Monthly Remuneration: Rs 35,000/-

Essential Qualification: A candidate with M.Sc in Microbiology with a minimum 55% marks. 

Experience: About 3 years experience of working in any food testing laboratory of repute out of which at least one year of working in a NABL accredited (or equivalent accredited) laboratory with relevant knowledge and expertise in.

Undertaking analytical studies for the presence of microbial organisms in different food products, water, and beverages.

Detection 86 characterization of pathogens

Use of Biological methods for assay of antibiotics, vitamins mycotoxins, etc in food products, water, and beverages.
