Qualcomm Claims 🚀 Arm Has Rescinded License Breach Notice
Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon announced that Arm Holdings has withdrawn its threat to terminate Qualcomm's license agreement. Arm initially issued the notice in October amid a dispute over Qualcomm's 💻 PC chip technology but has now retracted it. Amon confirmed that Arm has no current plans to end the agreement.
In December, Qualcomm won key aspects of a related trial ⚖️, affirming its chip licenses. However, with the jury deadlocked on some issues, Arm has requested a new trial.
