Think of how much fun it would be, Sola and Ardyn snarking at each other in the middle of the throne room and before the entire court.

The resemblance is uncanny.

You can track which of the nobles noticed it by how much they pale, their polite masks turning a little bit tense.

Plopping this in the Combined Retinue Nox/Sola au, because this is what my brain finally decided to spit out at 2 in the morning.

“If I have to dress up, Uncle,” his niece tells him fiercely, “then so do you.”

Ardyn raises a brow from the bench he’s languidly lounging on, watching his Tailor circle Sola with sharp eyes as she tugs on the black fabric of the dress she’s wrangled Sola into wearing for her upcoming Coming of Age, unfazed by the equally black scowl on the princess’ face.

Beside him, Nox is firmly pretending to nap on his Shield’s shoulder. Axis has his gaze glued to the book in his hand.

It seems he’ll have no allies from that quarter.

Admittedly, Ardyn had perhaps been enjoying Sola’s irritation too much, and hadn’t bothered to smother his growing amusement with every dark mutter Sola had made about protocol and where the court could shove said protocol.

He gives Sola an indulgent smirk. “I highly doubt I’m on the guest list, my dear. Given the current state of international politics.”

Not that he’d let the lack of an invitation stop him from attending his niece and nephew’s birthday party.

From the glare Sola levels at the mirror, and the minute stiffening of Nox’s spine, Ardyn has the feeling his niblings will ensure he is invited, regardless of anyone else’s feelings on the matter.

Nox’s eyes actually open a sliver when Sola’s magic abruptly curls, all mischievous glee with an edge of bared teeth. His nephew warily eyes his twin and the grin growing on her face.

Ardyn does not share Nox’s apprehension. He rather thinks his niece should smile like that more often.

“A suit for your Uncle, then?” Penelopeia asks archly.

“If you would be so kind.” Sola replies before Ardyn can protest. Sola’s blue eyes narrow on him through the mirror. “Black for the shirt, instead of the suit, I think. Gold as an accent color, but otherwise I have full faith in your judgment.”

To Penelopeia’s credit, his Tailor pauses for but a moment. “Of course, Your Highness.”

Ardyn gives Sola a long look. His niece knows very well protocol prohibits him from wearing black. He is neither a (known) member of the royal family nor in sworn service to them. Sola cares little for protocol and tradition, especially when it gets in her way, but even she can’t get away with flouting such an old and respected tradition. Not like this. “Niece.” He warns.

Sola raises her chin, defiant. “Do you trust me?”

Ardyn sighs. Smiles reassuringly at the fierce girl who’s been Nox and Ardyn’s staunchest supporter these past near three years. “Yes.”

Sola nods, and that is that.

Copia Egestas adores her Queen.

Sola’s last minute changes to the twins’ Coming of Age gave her a solid week of extra work to do - with help from Ignis, who volunteered on account of her being nearly six months pregnant - hunting through the Archives and preparing her arguments before she and Sola sat down in front of the King and finally told him exactly who would be presenting his daughter at her Coming of Age. Presenting both his children, in fact.

Unsurprisingly, Regis was not pleased. But between Sola’s staunch refusal to change her mind and Copia’s presented precedents, he reluctantly conceded.

Now, eyeing everyone as they wait to enter the ballroom, Copia can only feel a vicious anticipation.

Nox and Sola make a striking pair in black and gold. Both of them have their hair carefully pulled back, decorated further with gold. Nox still wears his usual earrings, the only silver on him as he’d declined the offer for golden versions, and Sola has mirrored him with a set of earrings arranged in the opposite ears. Not the same earrings, but the studs and climber are similar enough in shape to achieve the desired effect.

Copia’s sleeveless black dress is cut to flatter her pregnant figure, a gold shawl for her shoulders because six months pregnant and she gets uncomfortably warm now that the summer months are upon them, which also why she’s elected for an updo instead of letting her thick curls tumble loose. Unlike Sola, Copia is in comfortable flats instead of heels, again on account of being pregnant.

Axis is in a black suit jacket with gold details, and his Clan’s purple and green tartan. His hair’s been styled back from his face, but otherwise remains free.

Axis isn’t the only one wearing purple and green. Nox has the shifting purple-green galahdite in his ears, hair, and decorating his cufflinks. Sola’s chosen a selection of amethysts and emeralds to decorate her gold jewelry, while Copia had been gifted a pair of ebony hair sticks topped with amethyst and emerald carved cabochons.

(Copia knows just enough about Galahdian culture to know to tell Penny the goal, and follow the woman’s instructions on how to support Axis without overstepping cultural boundaries. The result, she is told, is a careful blend of Lucian and Galahdian color codes, but Copia has never seen Axis struck speechless before so she makes a mental note to commend Penny and her recommended jewelers for their hard work.)

With Ardyn, however, Penny has evidently decided to take refuge in audacity.

The suit is a lovely shade of dark purple, decorated with an intricate pattern of - much to Copia’s amusement - peacock feathers. At a glance they could be mistaken for phoenix feathers, certainly, but Copia knows her birds, and those feathers belong to the phoenix’s non-magical dramatic cousins. Studded at the eye of each feather are small galahdite stones to match Nox and Axis.

Under the suit, Ardyn’s shirt is black, which will no doubt give the Court conniptions and the press a field day, despite them following protocol to a T. Instead of a traditional tie, Ardyn’s kept his usual scarf, but in a rich green. How it doesn’t clash with the purple, Copia doesn’t know, but she knows Ardyn’s vest is a matching shade of green. Ardyn has a gold and galahdite lapel pin, linked by a fine gold chain to a paired piece on the front of his breast pocket.

The master of ceremonies glances over at them, expression half-expectant, half-despairing.

It turns to resignation when Ardyn and Sola gift him identical smirks.

Nox sighs.

Copia hides a grin behind her hand. Oh yes, tonight is going to be so very entertaining, with uncle and niece actively working together.

She wonders how many people will notice the family resemblance before the end of the night?

My Art Summary 2023

2023 will end soon. I faced a huge change throughout the year such as promotion, relocation, tougher schedule, etc. I was too busy to make arts, but I'm so glad that I made enough to create an art summary. Because my arts weren't finished in monthly basis, so I don't add names of months again. Thank you for all impressions and participations for my work. I'll keep practicing. 🥰❤️

The first one was the 2023 celebrating piece. I made the chocobros playing multiplayer game, the same composition as Comrade's advertisement, but they are older, in alternate ending appearances.

The second one was a happy birthday Ignis piece. I drew his much older self, as we had seen him greeting King Noctis in alternate ending end credit. Thanks @gakusa2 in x for the gorgeous reference.

The third one was a happy birthday Ardyn piece. I drew his chancellor outfit with his famous grin.

The fourth one was a comic I made in an Ignoct gift exchange 2023 campaign. I drew more realistic brotherhood Ignis for the first time.

The fifth one was a finished sketch, but I will color it later. The piece was a Gladio/Ignis romantic moment. I got my inspiration from my Gladnis mutuals and made such ship related piece for the first time.

The sixth one was one of [chocobros in Hellsing TV series outfit] series, I drew Noctis in Integral Hellsing's outfit first.

The seventh one was a part of [chocobros in Hellsing TV series outfit] too. I drew Gladiolus in Alucard's outfit.

The eighth one was still part of [chocobros in Hellsing TV series outfit]. I drew Ignis in Walter C. Dornez's outfit.

The ninth one was made for Ignis fashionweek 2023 campaign. It was first created in 2022 but I couldn't finish it, so I retried in 2023. The outfit was [shirtless under a suit].

The tenth piece was a happy 7th anniversary of FFXV piece. I drew 7 characters in top 100 Final Fantasy Big Vote.

The eleventh piece was made for Christmas-themed FFcolorwheel in x.

And the twelfth piece was the last one in [chocobros in Hellsing TV series outfit] when I drew Prompto in Seras Victoria's outfit.

A little update…

Hi everyone, soooo… I thought I’d best drop a little update here about some stuff that’s been going on as I’ve been rather quiet again recently. There are a few things to cover so please bare with me ☺️💙

First of all a little bit of positivity! I got complimented on my weight loss today! It made my day because my brain was saying I’d put the weight I’d lost back on and I was on a bit of a downer recently because of it.

And also, I’ve got the longest time off work for Christmas than I’ve had since I started working! I’m off from the morning of the 22nd and I’m back on the night of the 26th! That is an unbelievably long break for me and I’m looking forward to it so much!

Now, for the reasons I’ve been a bit quiet on here…

- Work is insane right now! I work in a supermarket/grocery store and obviously with Christmas fast approaching, more stock comes in and we don’t have extra staff to do it, I work 4 days a week and I’m having to do extra hours in almost every shift and it’s very tiring, not to mention the temporary staff hired to cover the workload are terrible at the job, so I’ve been spending more time correcting their mistakes each night too.

- Christmas prep in general! Because my mum works at the same store we’re both finding it hard to make time to do what we’d normally be doing on the run up to Christmas (watching films, specific days to go out and do shopping, spending time with my brother and his husband, etc) so any time we have free is being taken up with this sort of stuff

- Writing! I am trying, in whatever time I have free, to work on my projects, I also have 2 Secret Santa stories to write too which is incredibly daunting. I’ve been finding it hard to make time to sit and write over the last week but I am hoping to get some stuff written on the 2 nights I’m off work this week (tonight and tomorrow)

- Cosplay work! My convention is at the end of February and I haven’t finished assembling the Buster Sword for Cloud or the wing for Ardyn, I also still need to get a wig and make the rest of the costume for Cloud too! There is a lot to do and not much time to do it 😬

So… yeah, very busy, I’ve not had chance to interact as much as I want to on here and I’ve been very quiet in regards to my writing, but please bare with me, I am trying ☺️💙

Ardyn x Drunk Reader

Here I am again with another Ardyn x Reader post. Decided to go with a drunk reader on this one, Ardyn is still probably going to be OOC but hey, the Reader is drunk soooo, yeah. Please enjoy!

You downed another drink with ease as you spoke with your friends at the table you were sitting at for the Niflheim Christmas ball. You were invited to come here with a friend and you gladly accepted the invitation as you’d never been to a ball in the grand hall before and wanted to make a good impression on your friend as you’ve had your eyes on him for quite awhile. He wasn’t around right now though as he was called away to talk to Emperor Aldercapt about some important matters regarding the empire. You tried not to be disappointed by this as you had plenty of friends here already since they worked in the palace but it had been quite awhile since your friend left and you had now downed several drinks.

“Hey, y/n, you should slow down a bit as you’ve been drinking quite a bit ever since you got here” your one friend, Tanisha, stated, you gave her a polite smile.

“I’m fine, beshides, I’m enjoying myshelf” you slurred as you poured yourself another glass of wine.

“I don’t think the Chancellor will be happy if he comes back and sees you drunk though” your other friend, Zeliek, pointed out, you waved your hand dismissively at him.

“He’sh the one who left me here with you guysh while talking to the emperor sho he can blame himshelf if he gets back to the table” you countered with a hint of frustration in your tone.

“You can’t blame him either as he’s the Chancellor of Niflheim which makes him a very busy man” Tanisha shot back.

“Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know he’sh a busy guy but he’sh the one who invited me” you mumbled.

“I didn’t quite catch that y/n” Zeliek noted, you went to repeat what you said but the Chancellor came up to the table and sat down beside you.

“My apologies for that y/n the emperor took up a fair bit more of my time than I would have liked” Ardyn apologized.

“It’sh okay, I’ve jusht been hanging out with my friendsh here” you slurred as you downed the glass of wine in your hand. Ardyn let out a sigh and as you reached for the bottle of wine to pour yourself another drink, Ardyn quickly snatched it and put it to where you couldn’t reach it.

“It seems like I took far too long as you’re drunk” Ardyn noted in an unamused tone.

“We did try to convince her to slow down Chancellor, but… she stubbornly refused to listen to us” Zeliek said, you shrugged.

“I alsho told you guysh that I wash just enjoying myshelf” you quickly put in, feeling a bit annoyed that this conversation was happening in front of you.

“This isn’t exactly the best way to enjoy yourself at a party like this though” Tanisha pointed out, you rolled your eyes. Does it really matter how you enjoy yourself?

“Allow me to handle this as it is my fault for being away a bit too long” Ardyn stated as he stood back up before you could say anything else.

“What do you mean by that Chancellor?” Zeliek asked, Ardyn said nothing as he held out his right hand to you, you stared at it and then looked at him.

“Come with me y/n” Ardyn said in a low tone of voice, you didn’t reach out and take his hand.

“I’m not going anywhere with you right now” you mumbled in a rather short tone, Ardyn sighed and lowered his hand.

“You’re leaving me no choice but to carry you out then” Ardyn noted, you snorted while Zeliek and Tanisha stared wide eyed.

“You wouldn’t dare it” you spat, Ardyn smirked.

“Oh, but I do dare it as your current state is from my lack of attentiveness towards you” Ardyn countered as he leaned down and picked you up bridal style from the chair you were in. You let out an undignified squeak as his strength was more than you expected as you weren’t exactly the lightest person here and your arms went around Ardyn’s neck as you felt like you were going to fall as the room spun a little bit.

“Thatsh not fair… put me down” you demanded in a low voice so as not to attract anymore attention than you have as the people at the tables around you, were looking over curiously to see what was going on.

“Only once we are away from here” Ardyn stated and then left the hall with you in his arms, you crossed yours arms and felt a bit conflicted. On one hand Ardyn just ruined your fun time drinking but on the other hand, his attention was now on you.

“You really are shomething elshe right now, you left me to drink and then jusht take me away from my friendsh” you finally slurred after a few moments of silence.

“My apologies y/n, it was truly not my intention to leave you for so long” Ardyn said, you took a deep breath.

“You already apologized, jusht… put me down” you noted, Ardyn shook his head.

“Absolutely not, you are in no condition to be walking, besides, carrying you gives me a reason to tell people you are unwell and I am taking you home” Ardyn stated, you felt stunned.

“Didn’t you want to shtay?” you asked, Ardyn chuckled.

“As much as I like the spotlight, I dislike parties like this where I am unable to enjoy myself because I need to work instead of spending time with the ones I invite” Ardyn replied, you thought about his words carefully. Ardyn is quite a bit different than you initially thought and it feels nice to know that he wasn’t exactly fond of parties like this.

“I shee” you mumbled, silence fell between you two again and soon, Ardyn had walked you into an office.

“This is my office, it should be quiet enough here for us to enjoy a few drinks together if you’d still like to drink a bit” Ardyn noted, breaking the silence as he put you onto a chair, went over to his desk and pulled out a bottle of wine and two glasses. You smiled at him, you never thought that Ardyn of all people would have alcohol in his office, let alone wine glasses.

“Ishn’t it a bad idea to keep alcohol in your office?” you asked.

“I don’t think it is, not when I need a drink before some meeting as they can be a bore fest, now would you like some more wine?” Ardyn asked.

“Yesh pleashe” you replied, Ardyn poured wine into the two glasses and handed you one, you took it and you clinked glasses together before downing your drinks. Ardyn refilled the glasses and the two of you began to chat about life, it wasn’t until the bottle of wine was finished and you felt truly ill that you wanted to do nothing more than sleep it all off.

“Are you alright y/n?” Ardyn asked as you struggled to even sit upright at this point.

“I-I think I should head out and get home sho that I can go to bed” you truthfully replied, Ardyn smiled as he stood up from the chair he was in and came over to you.

“Allow me to take you home then” Ardyn offered, you shook your head.

“You’ve been drinking too” you pointed out, Ardyn’s smile grew.

“Oh my dear sweet little bird, alcohol hardly phases someone like me” Ardyn shot back, you went to protest but Ardyn leaned down and silenced you and your thoughts with a brief kiss. Your mind reeled from this and you were certain that this wasn’t quite real, when Ardyn pulled away you felt a sense of longing.

“Ardyn.. I… you…” you mumbled, unable to form a proper sentence.

“Allow me to take you home now” Ardyn stated, you nodded your response and Ardyn picked you up bridal style once again and he carried you out of his office. As he carried you down the halls of the palace you rested your head against his chest and let your eyes close. Tonight was totally worth it and you’ll treasure it for the days to come.

Flagrum. A lifesaver. A must. A tool I cannot live without. Skip the hassle of altering your files to install mods in favor of a simple on-off toggle system. Some mods even require it to function. Honestly, if you have Windows Edition, there’s no reason not to have this.

God Mode & Collision Remover. Explore Lucis like never before. Go out of bounds. Visit cutscene-exclusive locations. Get up close and personal with far-off unfinished textures. Live your open-world dreams.

Chocobo Outpost Christmas Event. As someone who was too late to the party to experience the Chocomog Carnival and the Assassin’s Festival, this mod astounds me. It’s beautiful, and there’s surprisingly quite a lot to enjoy. Nothing says Christmas quite like festive music, new weapons, new outfits, a shockingly difficult boss battle, and little baby chocobo chicks with little baby santa hats. 

Gameplay:

Ascension Rebalanced. Because I’m not grinding 999 AP for anything short of a new DLC and a can of Ebony.

Hide UI For Stays. Enjoy the resting animations unhindered. They’re pretty fun, if you’re paying attention.

Expand Type F Flight Area. For a roadtrip without the road.

Older Party Pre-Timeskip - Noctis, Ignis, Gladio, and Prompto. For if DILFs are your thing.

Young Party In The World Of Ruin. For if DILFs aren’t your thing.

Ardyn In The Main Party. For people who hate happiness and stability. Full disclaimer: I haven’t road tested this one yet, but it seems solid nevertheless.

Access New Areas:

Sylleblossom Garden. A great place to go and cry, so I hear. Floating high above Tenebrae, so you will need collision remover & god mode to access. Choose whether or not your party joins you. 

Exeneris. Access the power plant at any time. 

Easy Access To Pitioss. My hottest FFXV take is that completing Pitioss isn’t nearly as hard as getting to that small strip of land to access it. Cheese your way to suffering by removing an invisible wall.

EPA Insomnia. What it says on the tin: the World of Ruin is swapped out for the festive Insomnia from Episode Ardyn. You can’t do much except walk around and break a few things, but it’s a good time nevertheless. You can also remove the festival leftovers if you want to.

Cosmetic:

Detailed Complexions. 

Open Ignis’ Eyes.

Don't mind the crappy keyboard and mouse. Literally every electronic sitting on this desk is bought used except my wacom tablet and pen.

Also @ronkeyroo I've started my Ardyn art collection frame. Yours is the first in there, but that's a place holder cause I plan on getting it printed on photo paper instead of just copy paper.

I've got a few treasures on the desk though. Admittedly the spider in resin is my favorite thing sitting on the desk along with the art from Ronni.

I Sculpted the bird skull myself btw. It's just air-dry clay but I think it turned out semi decent

I have a clay figure of Delta I would really love to add but I'm clumsy so with my luck I'd knock it down and break it. So it's gonna stay on my dresser.

I do have several plushes I may add but I have places to be so I just made it look nice in the time I had.

Hello, I hope you are well, since it is Christmas I came up with this idea for a final fantasy xv fanfic set in your rich kid AU Noctis: Noctis during the Christmas party at his father's mansion, Noctis's father falls asleep drunk , while Cor and the other guests (Nyx, Gladio, Prompto and Ardyn) ask Noctis to go get another bottle of champagne, when he returns he sees Cor naked with a Santa Claus hat and a box that he uses to cover his head. Pene tells him that it's time for him to receive his Christmas presents, he is fucked by Cor in his living room in front of his father, by Prompto in the kitchen, by Gladio in the pool, Nyx in the bathroom and by Ardyn in his room

I do love how they couldn't all just fuck him together in one main room. Nah, gotta let him take a little breather and fuck him in other places too. Maybe even dress him up in some tinsel to take off as they do.

Just so people know I have zero interest with Roleplay or being on Twitter at all. Tumblr is so much fun when publishing ad for fanfiction fun projects. I use to have a Twitter fanfiction just for all my writing stories

My favourite way to distress. I was going to write something more for my bio on additional fandoms but all I ended up doing today is playing games 🎮

I did want to write unfinished projects for my Roleplay stories for: ffxv, kingdom hearts, crossover novels that I had in mind but I never got to do 😂 because I was too busy this year. I still can't believe is October and before I know it would be Christmas 💜

I hope you all have an amazing week/month. So if people think who is this lady, oh I know this lady: I have literally no time for crazies. So if people want to make a bomb of something I would still blocked. Heck I block all the pornos tumblrs. Yeah I'm surprised they're there and like the heck?

After few months longer. I was laughing with all my old twitter accounts messages and was spring cleaning. It does feel bloody good. 📨💜

I do miss gaming in a weird way. Kind of want to play Kingdom Hearts birth by sleep. I had the urge to play FFXIII suddenly. What's wrong with me? Imagine if you leave me alone for a month - I end up gaming all month. 😂💜 And I wouldn't give a shit about anything else. I would be too fixated about the game trophies I want to collect. The thing I like about birth by sleep is the level and when playing FFX have anyone tried the expert sphere grid? Sheesh. The nodes where you can fill it all out. 😂 I absolutely didn't like playing blitzball.

But the pain! The pain! 😭 and I use to also like sharing my gaming on social media until PS4 decides to ban it 😤 like why? 😒 It's just a game! Like come on we can't share our gaming experience play time? That would be very cool. Would have made a walkthrough for kingdom hearts if Facebook PS4 allowed it.

I'm also scared of leaving a review for people now on archive of our own because somebody got really shitty when I got excited over a fandom and over a fic until they berated me for it. So I lost the courage and said fuck it not my time to deal with fools. So I didn't do it anymore. 💔

I keep to myself more often and just read for fun and relax my mind. Two things that relaxes my mind for off days: write fics and read a really good stories. Now why do I have such a strong urge to collect all those trophies on FFXV? If I could I want a Noctis Luna battle wall paper over my ps4 background!!! That would be cool! Uh I haven't touch my PS4 for ages. I don't need a PS5. If you ask me which consoles I like I still prefer PS4. If people sell my PS4 I would be so mad and buy it back then kick your ass for it. 😆

I was more mad about kingdom hearts to the point I want to collect all of it. My favourite trio is still: Ventus, Aqua and Terra. 🥹 When I retire I would go back to gaming and be a gamer 😆💜
