Once, I had the privilege of working with a 75-year-old client who was a reservoir of design ideas. However, those ideas felt outdated in the fast-paced digital world. I tried to convince the client otherwise, leading to some miscommunication, and we parted ways. 😔
Time brought us back together for another web development project. This time, I decided to see it from the client's perspective. I understood their taste, their mindset, and most importantly, their emotional connection to the project.
The result wasn't a technically flawless website, but it was a site that resonated with the client's heart and soul. Their happiness was evident. 😄
