What message would you give to your 16 years old self?
Did we get that college degree?
Yes, we made it through college, we ended up taking the course that is related to our passion and skills.
Did we gain a lot of good friends?
Yes, we gained a lot of good friends, and for the first time, we felt like we're truly belong with that group of friends that we hang out with.
Do we still feel like it's cool if you're breaking the rules?
Nope, we became well disciplined girl.
Do we still backstab people?
Nope, we became more aware of other people’s feelings. We became a good listener, we expanded our knowledge on how to build a good connection towards people, without us being nuisance to them.
Do we still trying to FIT IN? To gain some more friends?
Nope, we became more vigilant on whom we should trust. We cut off so many friends. IT'S QUALITY OVER QUANTITY FOR US GURL.
Do we still watch anime to escape from reality?
No girl, we're now into reading books, we're now physically active, we're now prioritizing our physical and mental health.
Do we still feel pressured and scared about the future?
Nope, we instill to our mind that 'WE MUST LIVE IN THE MOMENT'. We realized that we had so many good memories from the past, but we let it slipped away through time, because the moment that 'Good Memories' is happening, we're too busy focusing in the future. We're putting a lot of pressure on ourself. Relax okay? 🍃
Do we still use cheap phone, mini 'naghihingalo' na laptop and borrowed laptop from an old friend?
Nope, we're now using individual gadgets now. Remember when we're trying to persuade mama to buy us iPhone 4s? Syempre di tayo binilhan, pero ngayon thankfully we can afford to buy certain gadgets na. (Oh diba level up yarn, sabi pa nga diba higit pang biyaya ang ibibigay ng Diyos as long as we believe and trust him)
Do we still fight over one laptop and internet  connection? Nakiki-connect pa din ba tayo sa kapit-bahay?
No honey, we're now using our own gadgets and may WIFI na tayo. (may wifi na sa 21st Century)
Do we still feel insecure with our self-image? Do we still have acne? Do we still procastinate a lot?
Tbh, we're making progress slowly.. it's not a linear process, but now I would say na we're more comfortable na with our own skin. We're taking care of our skin, we're working out and drinking lots of water. By that small changes in our habits nagkaron ng changes kaya I'm so proud of us.
Are we still struggling financially?
Compared to before we're more blessed now. There's a lot of things to be grafeful for and I'm so grateful that God gave us the resiliency to overcome whatever financial struggle that we encounter with.
Do we start dating real men not over the internet?
Girl we single at 26, but we're manifesting real hard to find that right person for us. ❤️ ✨coconut cutie✨
Hello, Teenage Chiqui
10 years from now you will be proud of us of how far we had become. Who would have thought that we had overcome our silent battles within ourselves and we became matured enough to process our feelings and learned how to cope up with them. Ang galing lang natin. ❤️
Also 10 years from now our friends will no longer call us by our full name because our college friends gave birth to our new name, we're 'Chi' now. At some point we felt like we're a whole new different person na while using that name, dami changes but we love those changes that happened to us kasi nga we both know how immature our brain works. Kaya proud ako saatin because we keep learning everyday and napalapit din tayo kay God habang tumatanda tayo kaya isang mahigpit na yakap satin Chiqui. ❤️
xoxo,
Ciel

Home Remedies for Acne Scars: Effective Solutions You Can Try
Tumblr media
Acne scars can be a frustrating reminder of breakouts, but you don’t have to rely solely on professional treatments to see improvements. Many effective home remedies can help reduce the appearance of acne scars. In this blog post, we’ll explore some of the best strategies and remedies you can try at home to promote healing and improve your skin’s texture.
1. Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe vera is renowned for its soothing and healing properties. Applying fresh aloe vera gel directly to your acne scars can help hydrate the skin and promote cell regeneration. Its anti-inflammatory properties also assist in reducing redness and swelling, making it an ideal choice for scar treatment.
2. Honey
Honey is a natural humectant, which means it helps retain moisture. It also has antibacterial properties that can aid in healing. Apply raw honey to your scars and leave it on for about 30 minutes before rinsing it off. Regular use can lead to noticeable improvements in skin texture.
3. Lemon Juice
Lemon juice is known for its natural bleaching properties. It can help lighten post-acne pigmentation and improve overall skin tone. However, be cautious as lemon juice can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Apply freshly squeezed lemon juice to the scars for about 10-15 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Always use sunscreen afterward to protect your skin.
4. Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is a fantastic moisturizer packed with antioxidants. It helps improve skin elasticity and reduces the appearance of scars. Gently massaging warm coconut oil into your scars can enhance blood circulation and promote healing. Leave it on overnight for best results.
5. Tea Tree Oil
Tea tree oil is famous for its acne-fighting properties and can also aid in scar healing. Dilute tea tree oil with a carrier oil, such as jojoba or almond oil, before applying it to the scars. Its antibacterial properties help prevent new breakouts while promoting overall skin health.
6. Exfoliation with Baking Soda
Baking soda acts as a natural exfoliant, helping to remove dead skin cells and promote cell turnover. Mix baking soda with water to create a paste and gently massage it onto your scars in circular motions. Rinse off after a few minutes to reveal smoother skin.
Conclusion
While these home remedies for acne scars can be effective, remember that results may take time and consistency. For more severe scarring, professional acne scar treatments may be necessary. If you're looking for tailored advice and solutions, consider reaching out to the experts at DermAlly. Embrace these natural remedies to start your journey towards clearer, healthier skin!

Ayurveda for Skin Care: Natural Remedies for Glowing Skin
Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine, emphasizes a holistic approach to health and wellness, which extends to skin care. With its focus on balancing the body, mind, and spirit, Ayurvedic principles can help you achieve radiant skin naturally. This article will explore effective Ayurvedic remedies for glowing skin and touch upon Ayurvedic hair treatment, particularly in Kerala, known for its rich traditions in holistic beauty practices.
Understanding Your Skin Type
In Ayurveda, skin care begins with understanding your unique skin type, or prakriti. There are three main doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—that influence not only your health but also your skin’s condition.
Vata Skin: Often dry, rough, and prone to flakiness. Needs hydration and nourishment.
Pitta Skin: Sensitive, prone to redness and inflammation. Requires cooling and soothing treatments.
Kapha Skin: Oily, thick, and prone to breakouts. Benefits from cleansing and detoxifying methods.
Identifying your dosha can guide you in choosing the most suitable remedies for achieving glowing skin.
Ayurvedic Remedies for Glowing Skin
1. Herbal Face Packs
Ingredients:
Turmeric: Known for its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, turmeric brightens the skin and reduces blemishes.
Gram Flour (Besan): Acts as a natural exfoliant, helping to remove dead skin cells.
Recipe: Mix 2 tablespoons of gram flour with 1 teaspoon of turmeric and enough yogurt or rose water to form a paste. Apply it to your face and let it sit for 20 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
2. Oil Massages
Benefits: Abhyanga, or oil massage, is a key Ayurvedic practice that enhances circulation and nourishes the skin.
Recommended Oils:
Coconut Oil: Excellent for moisturizing and cooling, especially for Pitta types.
Sesame Oil: Rich in antioxidants, ideal for Vata skin.
How to Do It: Warm the oil and gently massage it onto your skin in circular motions. This can be particularly beneficial for the face and body, promoting a natural glow.
3. Herbal Infusions
Drinking herbal teas can help detoxify your body from within, leading to healthier skin.
Recommended Herbs:
Neem: Purifies the blood and fights acne.
Tulsi (Holy Basil): Helps in reducing stress and enhancing skin health.
Recipe: Brew a tea with a handful of neem leaves or tulsi leaves. Strain and enjoy daily to promote a clear complexion.
4. Dietary Choices
What you eat significantly impacts your skin’s appearance. Incorporating certain foods can enhance your skin's glow.
Foods to Include:
Fresh Fruits and Vegetables: Rich in vitamins and antioxidants, they help nourish the skin.
Healthy Fats: Avocado, nuts, and seeds provide essential fatty acids that keep the skin hydrated.
5. Hydration
Drinking plenty of water is crucial for maintaining skin health. Ayurveda recommends warm water or herbal infusions to support digestion and detoxification.
6. Natural Exfoliants
Exfoliation is essential for removing dead skin cells and promoting a radiant complexion. Ayurvedic exfoliants can be gentle yet effective.
Ingredients:
Rice Flour: Acts as a natural scrub and brightens the skin.
Oatmeal: Soothes inflammation and cleanses gently.
Recipe: Combine equal parts rice flour and oatmeal with water or yogurt to form a paste. Gently scrub your face in circular motions and rinse off after a few minutes.
7. Face Oils
Incorporating face oils can help lock in moisture and provide essential nutrients.
Recommended Oils:
Jojoba Oil: Mimics the skin’s natural oils and is suitable for all skin types.
Rosehip Oil: Rich in vitamins A and C, it promotes skin regeneration and reduces scars.
Application: Use a few drops of your chosen oil and massage it into your skin after cleansing.
8. Cooling Masks
For Pitta-dominant skin types, cooling masks can soothe irritation and reduce redness.
Ingredients:
Cucumber: Hydrates and cools the skin.
Aloe Vera: Known for its soothing properties, aloe vera promotes healing.
Recipe: Blend cucumber and aloe vera gel to create a cooling mask. Apply it to your face for 15-20 minutes before rinsing with cool water.
9. Essential Oils
Essential oils can enhance your skincare routine by providing aromatic and therapeutic benefits.
Recommended Essential Oils:
Lavender Oil: Calming and helps with skin healing.
Tea Tree Oil: Antibacterial and effective for acne-prone skin.
Usage: Dilute essential oils with a carrier oil before applying them to your skin. Always do a patch test first.
The Importance of Mindfulness in Skin Care
Stress Management
In Ayurveda, emotional well-being is closely linked to physical health. High stress can manifest as skin issues like acne or eczema. Incorporating mindfulness practices such as meditation, yoga, and pranayama (breath control) can enhance your overall skin health.
Herbal Supplements
Certain Ayurvedic supplements can support skin health from within.
Ashwagandha: Reduces stress and promotes hormonal balance.
Guggulu: Supports detoxification and helps with skin blemishes.
Consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner can help tailor a supplement regimen based on your specific needs.

Leave the oil on for at least 30 minutes or overnight for deeper nourishment, then wash with a mild shampoo. For dandruff treatment, add a few drops of lemon juice to the mustard oil before massaging it into the scalp.
5. Conditions and Strengthens Hair
Mustard oil’s natural conditioning properties can help restore shine and softness to dull, damaged hair. It helps seal moisture into the hair strands, preventing dryness and split ends.
How to Use:Mix mustard oil with equal parts of coconut oil or almond oil. Apply this mixture to your hair from roots to ends, covering your hair with a warm towel to help the oil penetrate deeper. Glowing Skin from Nature's Bounty: Natural Vitamin C Face Wash
Tumblr media
Vitamin C is a superstar in the skincare world, and for good reason. This antioxidant powerhouse combats free radicals, evens skin tone, and promotes collagen production, leaving your face looking radiant and youthful. But with so many vitamin C products on the market, how do you choose one that's natural and effective? Enter natural vitamin C face wash, a gentle yet powerful cleanser that harnesses the goodness of nature to give you a healthy, glowing complexion.
The Benefits of Natural Vitamin C
Unlike synthetic alternatives, natural vitamin C comes from fruits and vegetables like citrus fruits, Kakadu plums, and acerola cherries. These ingredients are packed with essential vitamins and minerals that nourish your skin while delivering a dose of vitamin C. Here's how a natural vitamin C face wash can benefit your skin:
Brightens and evens skin tone: Vitamin C helps to reduce hyperpigmentation, sun spots, and acne scars, leaving your skin looking brighter and more even-toned.
Fights free radicals: Free radicals damage skin cells and contribute to signs of aging. Vitamin C's antioxidant properties neutralize these free radicals, protecting your skin from premature ageing.
Boosts collagen production: Collagen is the protein that keeps skin firm and plump. Natural vitamin C can help stimulate collagen production, resulting in smoother, more youthful-looking skin.
Gentle on sensitive skin: Unlike harsh synthetic ingredients, natural vitamin C is often gentler on sensitive skin. It can even help soothe irritation and calm redness.
Choosing the Right Natural Face Wash
When shopping for a natural vitamin C face wash, look for products that contain the following:
Natural sources of vitamin C: Look for ingredients like citrus extracts, kakadu plum, or acerola cherry.
Gentle cleansers: Opt for cleansers derived from coconut oil, olive oil, or other natural sources. Avoid harsh sulfates that can strip your skin of its natural oils.
Hydrating ingredients: Hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, and glycerin are excellent additions as they help lock in moisture and keep your skin hydrated.
Tips for Using Natural Vitamin C Face Wash
Here are four tips for using vit c face wash properly:
1. Use Lukewarm Water
When washing your face, it's essential to use lukewarm water. Hot water might feel soothing, but it can strip your skin of its natural oils, leading to dryness and irritation. Lukewarm water is gentle on your skin and helps to maintain its natural barrier, which is crucial for keeping your skin hydrated and protected from environmental stressors.
2. Gently Massage the Cleanser onto Your Face
Apply your cleanser by gently massaging it onto your face using circular motions. It's important to avoid scrubbing your skin too harshly, as this can cause irritation, redness, and even micro-tears. Gentle massaging not only ensures that the cleanser effectively removes dirt, oil, and makeup but also promotes blood circulation, giving your skin a healthy glow.
3. Rinse Thoroughly with Lukewarm Water
After cleansing, make sure to rinse your face thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove all traces of the cleanser. Leaving any residue can clog your pores and lead to breakouts. Ensure that the water temperature is just right—not too hot or too cold—to avoid any adverse effects on your skin.
4. Pat Your Face Dry with a Soft Towel
Instead of rubbing your face dry, gently pat it with a soft towel. Rubbing can be abrasive and cause irritation, especially for sensitive or acne-prone skin. Patting helps to absorb the excess water without disturbing the skin’s surface or causing unnecessary friction.
Conclusion
In the end, Lotus Organics+ offers the best natural vitamin C face wash a gentle facial cleanser enriched with cold-pressed 100% certified organic lemon verbena. It deeply cleanses by removing the dirt & excess sebum without stripping the skin of its natural oils and hydration.

Unlocking the Secrets of Lavender Essential Oil: Benefits and Uses
Lavender essential oil, renowned for its enchanting fragrance and a myriad of health benefits, is one of the most popular essential oils in the world. Extracted from the vibrant flowers of the lavender plant, Lavandula angustifolia, this oil is a treasure trove of therapeutic properties. It’s not only cherished by those who practice aromatherapy but is also a staple in many households for its versatility and ease of use. In this detailed guide, we delve into the various facets of lavender essential oil, uncovering its origins, benefits, and the many ways it can be integrated into daily life.
Tumblr media
The Origin and Extraction of Lavender Essential Oil
The journey of lavender essential oil begins in the sun-soaked fields where the lavender plant thrives. The highest quality of lavender oil comes from plants grown at higher altitudes, where the air is clear and the soil is rich in nutrients. The oil is primarily obtained through steam distillation, a process that involves passing steam through lavender flowers to vaporize the volatile compounds. These vapors are then condensed back into liquid form, which is the lavender essential oil. This method preserves the integrity and potency of the oil, ensuring that all the beneficial properties are retained.
Health Benefits of Lavender Essential Oil
1. Stress Relief and Relaxation
The calming properties of lavender oil are perhaps its most acclaimed benefit. The oil’s soothing scent modulates the brain's limbic system, which is responsible for emotions, leading to a reduction in stress and anxiety levels. Incorporating lavender oil into your daily routine, through methods such as aromatherapy diffusers or personal inhalers, can significantly enhance your mental wellbeing by providing a natural, therapeutic form of relaxation.
2. Improves Sleep Quality
Numerous studies have highlighted lavender oil’s effectiveness in enhancing sleep quality. Its sedative properties help calm the mind and body, making it easier to fall asleep and extend the duration of deep sleep. For those suffering from insomnia or sleep disturbances, incorporating lavender oil into bedtime rituals—like a few drops on the pillowcase or massaging it onto the temples—can be beneficial.
3. Pain Relief
Lavender essential oil is also celebrated for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. It can be used to alleviate pain from headaches, sprains, and sore muscles. For those who prefer natural remedies, applying a blend of lavender oil and a carrier oil to affected areas can reduce inflammation and soothe pain.

Beauty and Skincare with Lavender Essential Oil
Lavender oil is a favored choice in skincare due to its ability to balance, heal, and protect the skin. It’s particularly effective in treating acne because it inhibits the bacteria that cause the initial infection and helps to regulate some of the over-excretion of sebum. Its antioxidant properties also aid in fighting off the free radicals responsible for fine lines and wrinkles, making lavender oil a potent anti-aging ingredient.
How to Use Lavender Essential Oil
Aromatherapy
The versatility of lavender oil makes it ideal for aromatherapy. It can be used in diffusers to create a calming atmosphere in any room or added to bath water for a relaxing soak. It’s also commonly used in massage therapy by diluting it with a carrier oil to enhance its therapeutic benefits.
Topical Application
For direct skin application, it is imperative to dilute lavender oil with a carrier oil such as coconut, jojoba, or almond oil to avoid irritation. This mixture can then be applied to the skin to treat cuts, bruises, and skin irritations, or used as part of your regular skincare routine to improve complexion and skin tone.
DIY Recipes with Lavender Essential Oil
Create your own lavender-infused products, such as soaps, candles, or even natural deodorants. DIY projects not only personalize your wellness routine but also ensure you are using products that are free from harmful chemicals.
Precautions and Best Practices
While lavender essential oil is generally safe, it is crucial to perform a patch test before topical application to ensure no allergic reactions occur. Pregnant women and those with pre-existing medical conditions should consult healthcare providers before using essential oils.
Conclusion
Lavender essential oil is a miraculous natural remedy that offers extensive benefits across wellness and beauty domains. With its ability to soothe the mind, improve skin health, and enhance overall quality of life, it is a versatile and invaluable addition to any home. Embrace the essence of nature with BRM Chemicals' Lavender Essential Oil.

Home Remedies for Skin Detoxification
1. Hydration
Maintaining enough water is essential for skin detoxification. Eight glasses of water a day or more can help your body rid itself of toxins, which can result in skin that is clearer and more radiant.
Staying hydrated helps to preserve the skin's moisture content and elasticity while assisting the body's natural detoxification processes. Herbal teas can also help with skin detoxification if you include them in your daily routine.
Antioxidant-rich green tea helps keep off free radicals and lessen inflammation. Dandelion root tea supports liver function and is well-known for its detoxifying qualities, which can help with skin clearing.
Because of its anti-inflammatory qualities, chamomile tea helps calm the skin and lessen redness.
2. Healthy Diet
For skin health and detoxification, a diet high in fruits and vegetables is necessary. Antioxidant-rich foods like carrots, spinach, and berries support skin repair and fight oxidative stress.
Free radicals can damage skin and speed up the aging process; antioxidants counteract these harmful agents.
Steer clear of processed foods, sugars, and fried foods to further detoxify your skin. These foods can aggravate skin conditions like inflammation and acne.
Rather, concentrate on eating complete, unprocessed foods that feed your skin from the inside out.
Include foods high in essential fatty acids and vitamins that promote healthy, glowing skin, that include avocados, nuts, seeds, and fatty fish.
3. Face Masks
Using face masks to draw out excess oil and impurities can be a very effective way to detoxify your skin. For this use, clay masks are great, especially those made of green or bentonite clay.
These clays' inherent detoxifying qualities aid in toxin absorption and pore cleaning.
Clay Mask:
One tablespoon of clay and one cup of water or apple cider vinegar should be combined into a smooth paste to make a clay mask. After applying the mixture to your face and letting it fully dry, wash it off with warm water.
Honey and Lemon Mask:
Honey and lemon can be combined to create another powerful home remedies for skin detoxification mask. Honey holds basic antibacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities, whereas lemons are high in vitamin C and can improve skin tone. Apply a mixture of one tablespoon of honey and a few drops of lemon juice to your face, let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes, and then wash it off with warm water.
4. Exfoliation
Regular exfoliation is necessary to keep skin clear and detoxified because it helps to remove dead skin cells, open up pores, and encourage cell renewal.
You can make a quick and easy exfoliating scrub with sugar.
Natural exfoliants like sugar can help remove dead skin cells from the skin without being too strong.
How to prepare:
One tablespoon of sugar and one tablespoon of coconut or olive oil combined make a sugar scrub. Apply the mixture to your damp skin and gently massage in circular motions, paying particular attention to any rough or clogged areas. Rinse with warm water after a few minutes of exfoliation. Once or twice a week use of this scrub can help maintain your skin clear of impurities and silky and smooth.
Tumblr media
5. Steam Treatments
Steam treatments are a great way to unclog pores and help release impurities that have been holding onto the skin.
How to prepare:
Boil a pot of water and carefully transfer it into a bowl to perform a steam treatment at home. Keeping a safe distance to prevent burns, place your face over the bowl and cover your head with a towel to trap the steam. Give the steam room to do its work on your skin for 10 to 15 minutes. Your pores will open as a result of the heat, making it simpler to get rid of debris, oil, and other impurities. Herbs like chamomile, rosemary, or lavender can be added to the steaming water to further benefit from their additional calming and detoxifying qualities.
6. Dry Brushing
Dry brushing is a technique that may help in skin detoxification by promoting lymphatic drainage, enhancing circulation, and removing dead skin cells.
Before taking a shower, gently brush your dry skin in circular upward motions using a natural bristle brush. Work your way up to your heart starting at your feet.
This method helps encourage the lymphatic system's removal of toxins in addition to exfoliating the skin. Frequent dry brushing can improve the efficacy of your other skincare routines and leave your skin feeling and looking smoother and more radiant.

7. Apple Cider Vinegar Toner
Due to its natural astringent and antibacterial qualities, apple cider vinegar (ACV) is a great toner for skin detoxification. Acne and other imperfections can be resolved, and it helps maintain the pH balance of the skin.
How to prepare:
Combine one part apple cider vinegar with two parts water to create an ACV toner. Using a cotton pad, apply the mixture to your skin after washing it, being careful not to get any near your eyes. After a few minutes, remove it with a cool water rinse. Frequent application of this toner can help minimize inflammation, tighten pores, and enhance the texture of the skin overall.
8. Cucumber and Aloe Vera Juice
Combining the skin-soothing and hydrating properties of cucumber and aloe vera can be extremely beneficial for detoxification. Cucumber can help cool and hydrate the skin because of its high water content and anti-inflammatory qualities. Understanding the Ayurvedic Approach to Skincare
Ayurvedic skincare products are not merely topical solutions. They work holistically, addressing the root cause of skin concerns and promoting overall balance within the body. This philosophy emphasizes the importance of understanding your unique dosha, which are the three mind-body constitutions (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) that govern your individual characteristics.
Tailoring Skincare to Your Dosha
Vata Dosha: Characterized by dry, sensitive skin, Vata individuals benefit from moisturizing products with ingredients like almond oil, ghee, and ashwagandha. These help nourish and soothe the skin.
Pitta Dosha: Prone to oily, acne-prone skin, Pitta benefits from cooling and clarifying ingredients such as sandalwood, neem, and rose water. These help regulate sebum production and reduce inflammation.
Kapha Dosha: Kapha skin tends to be oily and congested. Stimulating ingredients like turmeric, triphala, and herbal scrubs help promote detoxification and improve circulation.
Ayurvedic Ingredients for Glowing Skin
Ayurvedic skincare products are formulated with a rich blend of natural ingredients, each with its own unique benefits:
Turmeric: This golden spice is a powerhouse of antioxidants, combating free radicals and promoting a youthful appearance.
Sandalwood: Known for its cooling and soothing properties, sandalwood helps reduce inflammation and evens skin tone.
Neem: A natural antiseptic, neem purifies the skin and fights acne-causing bacteria.
Ashwagandha: This adaptogenic herb promotes overall skin health by reducing stress and improving circulation.
Triphala: This herbal blend of amalaki, bibhitaki, and haritaki supports detoxification and promotes clear, radiant skin.
Rose Water: A gentle astringent, rose water balances oil production and tones the skin.
Coconut Oil: A natural moisturizer, coconut oil nourishes dry skin and promotes healing.
Almond Oil: Rich in Vitamin E, almond oil softens and hydrates the skin.
Beyond Products: Ayurvedic Skincare Rituals
A holistic approach to skincare extends beyond just products. Here are some Ayurvedic practices to integrate into your routine:
Abhyanga: This self-massage with warm oil improves circulation and promotes relaxation.
Ubtan: These traditional face packs, made from herbs and gram flour, gently exfoliate and nourish the skin.
Nasya: Applying medicated oil drops into the nasal passage is believed to purify the blood and improve skin health.
Finding the Right Ayurvedic Skincare Products
With the growing popularity of Ayurveda, a wide range of Ayurvedic skincare products are now available. Consider these factors when choosing products:
Know your dosha: Select products formulated for your specific dosha to ensure optimal results.
Read the labels: Look for products with natural, organic ingredients and avoid harsh chemicals or artificial fragrances.
Patch test: Before applying any new product, do a patch test on a small area of your skin to check for any allergic reactions.
Embrace the Natural Glow
Ayurvedic skincare products offer a natural and holistic approach to achieving healthy, radiant skin. By understanding your dosha, incorporating Ayurvedic practices, and choosing the right products, you can unlock the secrets of natural beauty and experience the transformative power of Ayurveda.
